which kerbals do you prefer the most? With more stupidity or courage?? I prefer more stupidity.

I prefer the ones I rescue from space.

They owe me a wookie life debt.

One that they will repay in full during an all too common rocket explosion no doubt.

I use my recruited veterans. Bill is the only orange suit I have left, so he chills on the station, with occasional visits to the Mun(station). He's banned from landings.

Stupid Kerbals are good for testing insane new stuff - for missions on tested hardware, a little courage is all it takes.

Diverse Kerbal Heads gave us "black" (dark-green), moustached Bob. Kinda Neil Tyson-ish. Love that dude so much.

I always tend to pick the Kerbals with highest Courage AND lowest Stupidity at the same time. Smart and brave Kerbals score higher on my selection flowchart. If I need more diversity, then I prefer low stupidity first, even if their courage isn't high, and lastly by extremely high courage alone.

I tend to keep Jeb around KSC as a test pilot. Beyond that, it's pretty much just making sure I have the right mix of pilots, engineers and scientists.
