Were all cool here.

Russians and Americans teamed up to take down the "evil German types" in WW2, so dem' ruskies are A-OK in my book.

I've seen several Russian themed mods but they seemed to mostly include space stations and such, hopefully some one else can provide a good Russian booster mod, Best of luck!

I also wonder does is some mod that give personal parachute, i.e allowing them to bailout after reentry

The Tantares mod, as mentioned above, is a good option to go with if you're looking for a stock feel, but Russian looks.

If it's something more realistic you're looking for, I'd recommend Raidernick's Soviet Rockets mod
