Quote windows broken in existing posts

Is anyone else having trouble viewing quote boxes in existing threads? The quotes themselves are still there, but I can no longer see who was being quoted; the field with the quoted user's name is blank. Instead, there's a little arrow and the quote box can be opened and closed like a spoiler box.

I tried it on Chrome and Edge and got the same error. It's also affecting my private messages.

It looks like "highlight" quoting is no longer working for me either. Usually I can highlight text with the mouse cursor, and after a second or so a dialog bubble pops up with a "quote this" button. The dialog bubble still pops up, but it is much smaller and there is nothing inside it to click on.

I thought it was just me, apparently im not alone.
