special mods for crazy stuff

For reality sake, is there a mod which calculates the distance between your rover and ksc and adds a delay to your command?

I know this may not be a hot mod as it adds delays, but walking a few meters per day on a planet surface is fun.

Or maybe a way to send out a command for it to walk 10 meters east and pick up a rock and wait for 40 minutes for it to do its job and transmit stuff back.

Yes, I believe there is, but I don't have the name of it.

KoS, KPRC, MechJeb, and other's having scripting abilities.  With some patience, this would fit the bill.

I used to play with RT, and I completely forgot that it did that.
