Shuttle Tail Fin Parachute Mod

This has been driving me crazy.  Using both the infamously terrible forum search as well as Google, I cannot find out which mod it is that adds the shuttle tail fin with the built-in drag chute.  I see pictures of it all the time, but which one is it?

I Dont know if there are any mods that do that but this mod has a parachute that goes in the shuttle tail fin

Or maybe real chute.

It can give you a drag chute, along with a stock tailfin, that should be good enough.

I downloaded that, thank you!  It does have the split tail fin, although it seems to be two stock fins melded together.  I was hoping for something a bit cleaner, but this should work fine.  I'm not seeing any extra chutes, though.

Great pack overall as well, I can definitely see myself using a lot parts from here.
