When I start up KSP, a window pops up and then crashes.

Unfortunately, I have to tell you that we removed the log file from your post. Posts that size cause the forum pages to load slowly or with mistakes. Please host the file somewhere else and use a link to it here.

You are running KSP 1.8.0 and mods that have not been updated for KSP 1.8.0 - and even for ones that have been updated, you are running older versions (ModuleManager for instance).

Basically: go through your mods and if they have been updated to 1.8 install them. If they haven't, take them out / wait for them to be updated.
