Can I use the old 3 kerbals cabin in the new versions?

It should still be present in a deprecated file.  It won't show up normally in the VAB, but if you use the search function, it should show.

Actually, I believe it’s not available through those means anymore, but  it’s still in the game files. Look under Squad/zDeprecated (it’ll be somewhere in there), and move it to Squad/Parts/Command (or something like that) and you should be able to use it.
