Shadow Lines Terrain Glitch

Since the latest update I have been getting this odd glitch which causes shadows to appear across the terrain of any planet. My game does not have any mods, I have updated my graphics drivers, I have a more than capable PC for graphics in this game (RTX 2060, 16GB RAM, RYZEN 2400G) and I have even completely un-installed the game but still get this highly annoying glitch. Yeah i had this too since 1.9 i think.Maybe even before.

I tried almost all graphic settings but no luck at my side.

Would be very interested as well if there is some way to fix it.

This same issue has plagued my game from 1.9 and 1.10 with and without mods, even after fiddling with graphics settings I get no fix.
Happens on all planets, becomes much more notorious at certain camera angles and ruins cinematic screencaps.

Would also love for there to be a fix

I actually also just posted my own inquiry about this,
I'm glad to know that I am not the only one experiencing this, but sad that there has been no update on how to fix it

I hope in an upcoming patch it can be fixed as it can really disrupt the whole flow of the game.
