Ore for oars

Construct a boat or submarine powered entirely by converting ore. Make it fast, land a plane on it, make it huge, make it capable of maneuvering down a river. Just generally make the best ore-powered boat you can.

Oh, and don't start with unnecessary resources. Even electricity should be kept to a minimum at the start. Basically whatever you need to turn the thing on.

I suppose it might be possible to build something propelled by transferring the weight of the ore around or using it as an actual oar, like a landing-leg propelled gear that pushes an oar of ore tanks through the water.

I meant converting ore but feel free by all means to try to design some crazy machine that consumes or manipulates ore in an unusual way.
