How to make helicopters that don't spin out of control du to torque ?

Spin up main blades rotor when still on the ground, torque is cancelled due to ground drag. Tail rotor helps compensating it when in air, but you have most of torque cancelled.

But perfect way to kill torque is two counterrotating rotors, no matter if clipped together on a single axis or placed parallel. My all single rotor helicopters are prone to need of constant care and dual rotor designs tends to change their AoA in higher speeds. kOS or other autopilot stuff can greatly help.
