For the twin swords flag how about:

Kerralstran

A relatively new country formed for and run by a space program who's great idea is to one day colonise the Mun. Or minmus-most of them arent picky.

They will fiercely defend their borders from militaries and politicians alike-hence the swords. They will almost never enter into any political dealings with other countries (the only major exception being the launches from the ksc), and don't trust foreign rocket components-which has lead to mixed results with their space program, as while they are skilled at creating potent fuels and drives, their electronic components are notoriously unreliable.

Kinland: A small rather unknown nation. Kerbals from this part of the world are known for their comm specialists. Good comms are essential for the Kinns, as one misheard letter can completely change the meaning of a word. In addition, they make great kerbonauts, due to their natural cold tolerance, coupled with great heat tolerance, developed in hot steamy rooms.

Done. Edited grammar a bit.

Which flag would you like to use ?

The Union of Kerbal Kollective Republics - A nation of hard-nosed Kerbals known for their extreme eagerness to get into space, even by Kerbal standards. This often leads to a certain disregard for even the most basic (by Kerbal standards) safety precautions. Yuri Kermanski, the first Kerbal in space, went up on his first mission taped to a lawn chair on the side of the rocket, wearing nothing but some wooly underwear his grandmother knitted for him and using a large garbage bag as his air supply. Rumor has it that they are currently working on a highly secret project to produce a 10-meter booster.

I have Punjebi, Kanada, Krussian Federation and The People's Republic of Kalifornia on the todo list for flags.

Punjebi and Krussian Federation need bios too.

KKCP Kombined Kerbal Command Party (or UKKR The Union of Kerbal Kollective Republics) I've got two submissions for this one. One from reddit and than one from here. Still undecided. The one submitted here (UKKR) has a bio too.

Finally, Kinland just needs a flag assigned from what I currently have.

Kanadia

A polite apologetic, and frankly nerdy, nation from the northern hemisphere, they have a large landmass but a small population. The famed singing Kommander Kris Katfield is from here.

(Is it possible for me to contribute flags)

KKCP could stand in for China depending on the description.

v.07 Update adds Krussia, Kanada, UKKR and a yet unnamed flag. Also added names and some bios to some unnamed flags. So you don't end up with copies, remove the originals as I renamed some of the flags.

It's a shame that I alterady have used a flag in most of my rockets, though.

Oh well, I guess I'll have to work under the lore that, previously, Kerbin was a largely united state governed by only one nation, which had a space program and a flag, but eventually the government crashed and the entirety of Kerbin subsided into several smaller nations.

Submission: Bio for Kippon

"A land where the sun rises (and also sets), the Kerbals of Kippon (or Kipponese), have a rich historical culture. Originally ruled by a series of emperors and their elite warriors: the Kermarai, the philosophical yet no-nonsense Kipponese now have long since been modernized and industrialized, yet always look both toward the past and the future; Seeking to understand and respect nature on Kerbin or any other world, as well as produce the most advanced technologies available to get to said other worlds.

One of their latest projects is the seriously-named 'Mach Go Super Happy Sparky Boom Rocket'.

... Ok, not all of the Kipponese are super-serious, after all."

You are free to tweak, add or subtract to my submission, if you please. Thanks in advance.
