Some Pictures from our Star Wars Project

Thank you! I want to say those Air-brakes where the first building blocks of this whole project. When the idea came to mind I couldn't stop working on the craft, then it became the motivation to build the others. The VTOL is a motivation in itself, I love building and flying these type Aircraft. My son is a top maintenance mechanic on these in the RL and makes me a proud dad for sure. (MV-22's).

Thank you! I appreciate the nice comments, these are nice to hear after so many hours of work. I do agree they where very challenging.

Mini Star Wars (Drones) This project was inspired by the Mini SR-71 Drone. I started with the Mini X-Wing and then one thing lead to another so I started building other craft. Each Craft is available as an Aircraft as shown at the later part of the video. The Space Craft are available and given an SC suffix for Space Craft. @klond built an amazing Star Wars Crawl and we in cooperated it into the project along with a K&S Logo. I found a very nice Battlecrusier on Kerbalx and asked the builder if it would be ok to feature his craft in the video. So big thanks to vasco2gama for allowing us to feature his craft. Photos Operations X-Wing requires Action Group 7 for landing gear because the cockpit it a landing gear. Full Throttle, SAS, RCS & Space Bar to begin Lift Off. Space Bar a second time will engage the Juno's for forward thrust. Action Groups 1 for VTOL and 2 for rear engines. After a high rate of speed (130-140) the VTOL Engines can be shut down. Half or near Half Throttle seems to be a good starting point for VTOL landing. Y-Wing requires the VTOL engines to run continuously during handling. Full Throttle, SAS, RCS & Space Bar to begin Lift Off. Space Bar a second time will engage the Juno's for forward thrust. Action Groups 1 for VTOL and 2 for rear engines. Tie Fighter is a very delicate Aircraft when it comes to landing and high speeds are a must for vertical flight. Keeping the nose at a slight upwards angle is often needed to maintain flight. Full Throttle, SAS, RCS & Space Bar to begin Lift Off. Space Bar a second time will engage the Juno's for forward thrust. Action Groups 1 for VTOL and 2 for rear engines. Mini Millennium Falcon Full Throttle, SAS, RCS & Space Bar to begin Lift Off. Space Bar a second time will engage the Juno's for forward thrust. Action Groups 1 for VTOL and 2 for rear engines. Remember, if it looks like a rock, it probably will fly like one! Trying to cause a spoiler here? I'll say this much .... +3

Sounds like good enough motivation to me! Got a Star Wars thing I'm working on right now, it would be cool if I finished it today because it's Hon Solo's Birthday Today

Really nice! ....Also you have me really curious about that landing gear

"Old Lighthouse" An Old Craft Build I am posting upon request. Apply full throttle, lower landing gear press space bar and hold down the Q key for it to start then let it go. Speed is a little slow but its working surprisingly because it was built in a version about 3 years ago. Please excuse the poor video quality my video editor wasn't up to snuff back then. I still remember it being a fun project. The design plan was to have enough fuel and electricity to continue running through the night, some adjustments were made recently and not sure if it will still perform as well. Craft File Parts: 928 Mass: 91.599t Height: 28.1m Width: 13.5m Length: 13.2m

The Cantilever Bridge Project K&S Technologies Group Up Date: 06.24.2018 The Cantilever Bridge was an idea that stared in February of 2017, you can see the first post here The idea was to make a Bridge that would cross over a short distance of water. The only place I could find that would be a short distance and close to the KSC was actually a long way from the KSC and the Bridge Span was longer than I planned. As time went on the challenge was getting very difficult. Many hours of trial and error were done, discouragement and burn outs have been regular. The Project then changed to a land base project to lessen the challenges so a Bridge could be completed. As time went on more ideas came to mind and eventually the Bridge became a challenge not only to be built on land but over the Administration Building. The reason I chose that particular building was the Flag Pole. I recently threw it the towel once again because the challenges that game physics give to Bridge Building get overwhelming. Just a few days ago I collaborated with my partner @klond once again and he helped solve the physics challenges, helped give the Bridge a cleaner look...etc. We now have reason to celebrate a long term project that is finally coming to a close. We have driven over the first Bridge built over a large building at the KSC. As always a huge thanks to Klond for the help with, motivation and encouragement to complete the Project. More updates to come! -

Sanchez Besa By: K&S Technologies Group To have lived in this era would have been so fascinating to me. That's part of my motivation when building these early aircraft. When I start these projects I look for pictures online and find one that I like, then begin to build it. Then I find myself struggling to build an engine to accommodate the craft. This is where team work helps. Klond once again built this brilliant little engine that's perfect for the craft giving it that real life feel. Engine work by klond The engine is actually two contra-rotating units, totaling 20ish-kN and somewhat of a gas hog. Props are non-adjustable. Engine derived, and very similar to the one on the https://kerbalx.com/klond/tiny-coaxial-turbocopter Craft File Parts: 167 Mass: 5.545t Height: 3.6m Width: 11.6m Length: 7.5m We were enjoying this Three Engine Version and wanted to share it. She's a little delicate but another fun flight with much more power. Three Engine Version An Early Flights Video you may enjoy
