  1. I have no idea how it works on the code level. Because it isn't truly a feature, I'm sure it won't be tested for before release. Because of this, the Kraken drive may be fixed not to spite the community, but because the code changes over time.
  2. So far, I haven't killed anyone. I've had a few landing mishaps with Jeb, where the computer incorrectly states that he has been killed. He always comes back home though a few days later, ready for another mission.
  3. I had intended to start my own grand tour with a design that reminds me of the one you posted. I only have the first stage in orbit right now, so changing things won't be too much of a problem. I have learned that I probably don't have enough fuel though! Currently I have plans for six big red tanks of fuel running eight nukes. I have some skipper engines that will be attached at some point in case I need a lot of thrust right away. I've never made it past Duna, but I have learned that nukes are very slow! Much like your design, I have intended my ship to be completely robotic in assembly. The concern I have is if I will be getting enough solar energy at the outermost planets. I don't see any way to shut down the robotic controls, so they will be a constant drain on energy.
  4. A very, very long video. This thing was not good to fly! (433+288)/(4200+4400) * 100 = 8.38 + 10 = 18.38 points After reviewing the video, I realized that I hadn't mirrored a canard. v0v This was 100% stock, and there was no clipping of any kind used. Lessons learned: -Add more intakes so that air breathing engines can be used up to a higher orbit. -At least 8 Ramjet engines are needed to get this thing off the ground. -There is a drop at the end of the runway. This helps during takeoff if the aircraft is very heavy. -Don't have so much monopropellant for a craft that just needs to make orbit.
