  1. 6/10 I'm talking to you right now.
  2. 7.7/10 HYPETRAAAAAAAIN (and a cryptic message) Do I know you? (by some other name)
  3. 1059. The kitchen. A knife flies past your head and hits a nearby wall.
  4. 7.5/10. I love their spaceship design, the ships are awesome. The movie itself is kinda stupid and the plot is a joke, though. And the absolute disregard for classical mechanics (and common sense, and logic, don't get me started) makes the supposed-to-be-most-dramatic moments funny. As opposed to the anime series Planetes, which is amazingly accurate in terms of physics. Watch it, seriously.
  5. 4/10 Slightly funny. Tell a joke to a German, and he will not understand it. Tell a joke to an Englishman, and he will understand it, but won't show it. Tell a joke to a Japanese, and he will understand it, but in his own way. Tell a joke to a Russian, and he will tell you that he knows three more versions of that joke that are much better.
  6. Primary: Secondary: [Moderator comment - Nope]
  7. ...when you try to land at a certain place by decelerating to a trajectory that touches the ground in that place, without taking into account the body's rotation or atmosphere.
  8. Hey, how come I've not noticed this thread before? Hmm, where do I begin… Well, this is my first rescue mission. Jeb got stranded just outside Minmus' SoI and needed a push: The operation went as planned, mostly: And even the lander part survived bar the engine, which was quite surprising: Note that I didn't know of the magic F2 key back then, so pardon the HUD .
  9. 1/10 I think I saw you once or twice. Or was it you?
  10. 4/10 Seen ya somewhere but don't really recognize you unless you're someone I know on #KSPOfficial/modders/etc, in which case, reveal yourself!
  11. Mobile games really don't have any keybindings, they just have one screen Also ambiguous when you try to consider joystick/mouse/other analog inputs
  12. Fortunately, "next to" does not imply "not in a bunker", and the thing has no plutonium in it anyway. I deploy a Homing Comfy Chair, lock it onto the next poster and press the big red button.
  13. Granted, but none of them know what the hell that is. I wish I knew enough to pass my exams right now.
  14. I stumbled upon a KSP thread on dobrochan (a russian anonymous imageboard) once. I looked at it and thought something along the lines of "wow, that thing seems really complicated". Fast forward to me browsing the steam store and stumbling upon KSP. Hey, it has a free demo, why don't I try that? So I did. Then I watched some Scott Manley vids and played the tutorials. After that I killed Jeb a couple times, got an orbit on my ~5th try, added KSP to my steam wishlist and went to the Mun. As I was exploring the Munar arches, Steam put the game on sale. I bought it. I also bought it later from the store, too, because I disliked steam's in-place updates and wanted to pay the full price to support development.
  15. Went to and landed on all three, strictly unmanned. The first trips to Moho and Dres were on my BTSM playthrough; Moho was a nice target (although not nearly as good as Eve, but still) considering the available science points, the power provided by solar panels and the frequency of suitable launch windows. After that I also did a manned flyby; trips to other planets would've taken a considerably longer time, so I saved on life support. Dres was the first trans-dunan planet I was able to reach; I just got the first RTG, which was insanely heavy and still didn't provide enough power for the top-tier probe core available at that moment. Adding 2 solar panels (which were also insanely heavy) was just enough to power the whole contraption at Dres' perihelion. Finally, Eeloo was the target of my gravity-assist-practice ship in sandbox; I swinged by Eve, Kerbin (twice) and Jool on that trip.
  16. …when you try to make your rocket go farther by just adding more tanks.
  17. 5/10 Too many lines and inconsistent formatting. Also, why the hell is this list upside down?
  18. 6/10 I'd make the BG transparent and either enlarge the text or shrink the pic. Better still, add a background?.
  19. It is possible to reload the textures via the debug menu, as the author helpfully pointed out. You'll still have to go to the space center and wait for a long time, so while that's still technically "in game", it's probably not what Metro wanted.
  20. *that* quote? Oh you... 6.666/10
  21. Poopr. (Sharing low-quality videos?) (sorry, that was the first thing that came to my mind after reading the chat)
