  1. Oh, yeah, I had this done sunday but got bored. So, I now have a 100% standalone Buffalo. Doesn't even need ModuleManager. Angel-125, You want it? It's your mod, I just compiled all the excrements into the Buffalo dll. Works great though, as far as I have tested. Putting stuff on CKAN looks an awful lot like work and I am retired, so, no. Anyone wanna do some work to put it on CKAN? Edit: You know, having the word 'sh*t' translate to 'excrements' on this forum might work against the point. It enhances the aroma of the original word quite well.
  2. That's exactly what i am doing, stripping all the useless excrements and just have the Buffalo. That's what 'stripping out' is all about, after all. I might pop it on CKAN with the proper attribution and call it the 'excrementsless version". Edit: Heh.. silly prudish forum. I will now call it the excrement-less version as the forum suggests, if i can be utterly arsed to even put the work in to put it on CKAN, outside of rescueing the Buffalo.
  3. Would it be possible to get a Buffalo that does not need all the other stuff? I guess i can just strip all that out if not.
  4. I install this and now my sh*t runs on 'propellium' and such, what? The Buffalo is awesome. Used it for years. I leave for a bit and now it just sh*ts up all the resources? Thanks... not
  5. I love these parts but ran into a bug. Stelbe Kerman is inside the Karibou doing the drilling work (image #1). Stelbe appears as if she is inside the Pioneer module after switching to it using the [ and ] keys (image #2). Not a huge thing, but still.
  6. CKAN indexes the 'EditorExtensions' mod as the wrong version. Within CKAN the version is 2.3, while the latest version is 2.12. The developer versions past 9 apparently. CKAN thinks that 2.3 is a newer version.
  7. KSP 1.04, latest CKAN. Trying to install Infernal Robotics: Apparently IR was updated and CKAN isn't yet updated to that new version. The error is thrown because the file cannot be found on github. Would be nice if that was a bit more clear. - - - Updated - - - The Part Manager plugin causes this one after installing/removing one or more mods. I should probably delete the plugin, as I have never used it, but the info may be of interest, or not. Spoiler below contains the details (which seems to imply that I have .NET 4.0, but I do have .NET 4.5 installed). Edit: I reinstalled (or, as MS calls it, 'repaired') .NET 4.5.2 and CKAN still gives the same error, so, yeah, it's the plugin probably See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 8. Aargh.. Nevermind.. I redownloaded the archive. Unzipped it again and compared the old installation vs the new one.. 20 megs of difference.. I was missing some files apparently (no clue how that happened). It seems to work now..
  9. @cy-one I downloaded the archive (from the first post in this thread), and moved all the files into the GameData folder, as the installation instructions told me to (so, I did not copy GameData into GameData). Basically, I followed the instructions. I also started a new (career) game, and selected the proper science tree. I installed it initially together with a bunch of other mods. When I ran into the issues from the previous post I made a clean install of KSP (0.23.5.464) with just the Interstellar mod and ran into the same issues. Thanks, Pure
  10. So, I installed this great looking mod and ran into a few issues. If I add a Science Lab to ANY rocket (with kerbals, without kerbals, makes no difference), my staging is gone upon launch, and I cannot launch at ALL. Do I need a reactor to power this thing from the get go? I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Also, I flung a fission reactor into orbit (with a generator, plenty of UF4 tanks and radiators) and it doesn't produce any power. I cannot right click it to start it either. I tried EVA with a kerbal, nothing appears in the right click menu or anywhere else. Besides that, there is no way for me to unfold the radiators (I tried all three models), just shows me waste heat in the right click menu, nothing else. Sooo.. not so succesful so far.. Thanks, Pure
