Yes, you have to physically push the ship down though with your kerbal(tilt it) in order for it to line up with the hatch

Just thought i'd say this, In the Screenshot, You have a song, within the song title it says "Lyric Video", This shows you have illegally downloaded it via an mp3 converter, you may wanna remove it and take a new one without those songs XD
