How come 98% of the engines in KSP have 10% lowest throttling? This seriously hurts believeability. Reading http://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20090037061.pdf (and http://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20110000535.pdf for that matter) it seems to me that not all engines are equal. Can it be fixed?
