  1. The flickering is because the minutest changes on the craft can greatly affect the location of the apo/peri. Next time you're in a circular orbit turn off RCS and SAS and it will calm down a lot. Beyond that it's the fidelity of the location (x,y,z) combined with the velocity vector that causes the jumping.
  2. I haven't tried it yet on .24, but I've yet to get this plugin to work correctly. Sounds keep getting stuck and popping in and out. Effects during sound barrier transition get stuck on if I have to revert to launch or hangar.
