  1. @CavemanNinja, i have tried, engine-powered helicopters are Less efficient than a rocket with the same engine. one of my helicopter with 100 rcs and 4 rcs engine goes to 500 M, whereas a rocket with 100 rcs , the same mass and the same engine goes to 6000 M
  2. I'm working on a helicopter Eve ssto. I climb up to 25000 M and then i activate the nuclear engine.
  3. Does a Gyroplane Eve SSTO (it's possible) count? Or is it classed as an infinigliding?
  4. After seeing Danny's latest video: I had an idea: what if i make the helicopter spinning with the rcs engine? Even if it isn't allowed by the rules, i post some pictures: Note that there is only 40-50 engines and they are at 50% thrust
  5. Here is my attempt. It is not as amazing as Marvin's gyroplane but it can go at 4700M. it is VERY fast, it climbs at 20 M/S at sea level and 45 M/S at 4000M. I'm sure i can improve it, by adding control surface and wings. http://imgur.com/a/gtNrb#0

  7. I'm currently going interplanetary on my carrer and i didn't use f9 or revert at any time. It was very difficult and i often try to find the "revert to launch" button after a crash. However i think it add challenge because you really have to build cost efficient rockets, you never know how the launch will be and losing 1/2 of my money is very frustrating
  8. One question: is it normal that i have a big framerate drop (15fps) while i fly a rocket/plane with FAR? It happens with every craft with 100+ parts. Does this mod require a good computer? I only have a celeron 1.8 GHZ.
  9. I agree with squad, it is better if they improve the current planets before adding other. However, i think that 1 or 2 gas giant (and their moon) and some asteroid belt would be nice.
