Yep it's using Texture Replacer

Suit set now finished up, will probably add onto it in the future when I have time, files are currently jpgs but if somebody could convert to DDS then that would be a great help! Will update to png again when I have time. There's 3 tiers of suits, with a custom IVA and EVA and 3 diff variants for each, also includes a range of male/female head variations. Thanks man! and yeah feel free - - - Updated - - - Haha yeah, limited funding for repairing those budget suits! There's also some tears and stuff in the suit too with a cheeky bit of duct tact repair too, and the feet!

Nice one! it's a relief haha as I thought it was me who had ballsed up the teeth, was enjoying my texture tests until Val spread her blackened grin!

Will also include a load of extra different Kerbal head textures too. Thought Squad would have released a new IVA suit with V1.0 but they didn't. They did give me permission to recreate it though so if there's interest I'll include it in the pack (preview of the IVA suit taken from the KSP facebook )

Quick preview to my upcoming texture pack, class based suits will be included too as well as something for the VIP passengers.
