Say 5 m/s either way. But remember, there is a penalty for going faster than 290 m/s! I might change that, though. The Wiki page is unclear about the max and cruising speeds. When you post your entry, state its max and cruising speeds in case of a rules change. I don't want to have to retroactively change rules, but realism is key here.
