Well, I can't say for certain when this particular story will end. (Actually, I know, but Spoilers!) I will continue this series for as long as the save holds out.

A note to everybody, if you want to submit a craft for one of the "Private" launches, that would be awesome, as it spices up the story a bit.

Well, both. Renovating Rene sounds better than Expanding Rene though.

Sorry guys, it's been a while. Writer's Block assisted in the delay as well as IRL problems, with 1.1's release and follow up updates causing issues. But here you are, Chapter 21: Chapter 21-Renovating Rene. Muna-9 was set as the next craft to the Mun. Scientists were wondering if putting Muna-9 in a Polar Orbit around the Mün would cause tidal forces to eject it from orbit, or smash it into the Mun itself. In the end, it was realized that none of that mattered, and the scientists really just wanted science from the Mun's Poles. Muna-9 was identical to Muna-8, launching on a Black Sparrow+. The booster decoupling really was quite explosive this time. Wow! As the Rapier Engine died out, Kerbals watching the nighttime launch went home. The launch was otherwise pretty successful. Within a few hours, Muna-9 was heading towards the Mun. And two days after launch, it entered a safe Polar orbit above the surface, becoming the second probe to orbit the Mun. So that was that. Muna-9 discovered, to the Scientist's amazement, water ice at the Mun's South Pole. Sweet water (not Vodka)! Back at the KSC, a new capsule had been rolled out. "Awesome!" exclaimed Jeb when he saw it. Probably because it was awesome. Basically, it was a capsule test, quite boring to be honest. The rest is in pictures: And then that was done. With no other tests needed to fly the mission, Rene-vation (officially Rene-vouse 3) lifted off from the KSC to catch up the station. The launch was also joined by the largest launch explosion yet! The crowd, also the largest ever, was shocked when it blossomed above them. The rest of the launch was textbook. Rene-vation inserted into orbit about 7 minutes later. Soon after, Marmy, who was extremely excited to be in space, EVAed out. She was the 5th Kerbal in space. At Daybreak, the spacecraft burned to intercept the Rene Target Spacecraft. Jeb stressfully brought Rene-Vation in. Bill, hopped outside to make sure Jeb didn't scratch the paint. "Slowly... Slowly... No Jeb! Slower! Slow it down! Turn right! JEB!"-Bill's words as Jeb docked the craft. Jeb then promptly locked Bill out of the capsule. But Bill got to work on the Renovation. Bill worked fast. In two orbits, the Rene Target Spacecraft was fully upgraded to the Rene Target Station. Only then did Jeb let Bill in. And that's it for this Chapter! See you next time!

Who are you to decide this, I hear you asking, and here's the answer: No one. I am not official in any way, shape, or form. If you're unhappy with my decision, we can work something out. This is just my opinion, since there's no objective way to judge "Quality" of crafts. If anyone feels that their craft is missed because of any kind of time-zone difference, or any kind of difference in when spacecraft fridays is put up, tell me. If your craft is really good and was made before, and someone posts in it within that week, then it will be considered. Just to clarify, I am not encouraging necros for the sake of bumping your craft. Hi! DMSP here. This is my first time doing this and I am a bit excited too! I had a bit of trouble finding crafts, but this is what I have come up with. Sorry that the descriptions aren't that good but I do think the pictures explain themselves. Make sure to give Rep to the creators too! Enjoy! Today I think it would be a good idea to start with "Build a Kerbal Scaled ISS". Space Stations aren't in huge quantities here on the Spacecraft Exchange, usually just an odd post or a craft showcase. But this is really something incredible. @selfish_meme seems to have started it, but @sgt_flyer is apparently running the show. They have the station, a Proton Rocket, a Soyuz, and a lot more too! Check it out! Next, I want to show a thread that is very awesome. As you probably know, @Matt Lowne is a popular YouTuber who makes SSTOs and Conventional Rockets in great style. And these rockets and SSTOs go to great places. His YouTube Channel is here, and I wanted to share some of his awesome stuff: Ok! Now for something a little less conventional (trust me, this will probably not get you to space ), but still incredible! @pTrevTrevs's Trebuchet! It can fling stuff far (a Stayputnik for 200 Meters or more). Think of all the stuff you could throw! It needs KAS to work, but why don't we just check it out: At K.N.S fleet ship yards, @kapteenipirk has been doing some brilliant work with ships! He's made a cruiser, a hovercraft, even aircraft to back up the fleet! These craft really are amazing, and I bet all of us can't wait to see what else he puts out! Then, we have Fairly Reliable Rockets from @PointySideUp! They seem to be really well designed, and boy, those little speeders do fly! My personal favorites are the Science Smasher and BZT Speeder, shown below: I think I'm going to finish up on this one, the KOROLEV Base by @Ursu Mare really caught my eye. As I said with stations, good and fun bases are quite challenging to find, so when something like this wonderful modular base comes around I am always excited: So guys and girls, this is all I have put together this week, and I want to thank all the creators for making these wonderful craft. I'm probably not going to be doing the Spacecraft Fridays for a while, so DMSP Out!

Maybe this has something to do with Scatterer. I was using Scatterer a while back and this happened, I barley had any other mods. The only other mod we share is Kerbal Joint Reinforcement. I don't know though, it could be some random bug.
