Then use the button at the top or bottom of the thread that says 'UNNOTIFY'. The checkbox in your profile turns off the automatically subscribing feature and would only affect new threads you post in. It would not remove any existing subscriptions you may have. Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky

Go to your profile and select Notifications in the left sidebar. Uncheck 'Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.' Then click the UNOTIFY button at the top or bottom of this page. It\'s right there between ADD POLL and MARK UNREAD Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky
