  1. Modlist here: http://pastebin.com/1NQWSikC Hello. As the Pastebin also shows, I'm running Kubuntu 14.04 and KSP 64bit 1.0.2 I have noticed that my performance was really poor ingame, so I installed GCMonitor to find out a bit more about what was going on, and what I could remove to improve the framerate As it turns out, framerate was NOT being recorded as being an issue, instead being stable at 25-30 fps (yea yea not perfect, whatever, I can live with 25). But the game stutters all over the place. Interestingly enough, if I hide the UI (f2) the stuttering is gone completely. Looking around a bit, I found that Contrac Window + was often cited as being a heavy offender when it comes for this issue, so I removed that, as well as other UI-heavy mods I had. The situation has improved, slightly, but when playing with the UI on, there's still a noticeable stuttering issue Question is, is it possible to fix? If not, what do I need to remove to lessen the effect as much as possible? Thank you very much for the assistance, let me know if anything else is required
  2. Sadly the update did not cut it. CKAN is indeed in the same folder as KSP, even tried moving it around a bit and it still returns the same error
  3. Sure do GUIConfig.xml http://pastebin.com/CVmrAdKc (even changing CheckForUpdatesOnLaunch to False will only delay the problem a few seconds) registry.json https://www.dropbox.com/s/6diwotqur0zciw0/registry.json?dl=0 (warning, large file, 7.5 MiB. Over the limit for pastebin. It's long) Thanks for everything!
  4. Hello there. It's me again. Kubuntu user, I've run into a new problem with the newest version of CKAN. I've screenshotted it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7xhyr4jr5f82z0f/20150511_231807.jpg?dl=0 In short, this log appears in Mono: Error in autoupdate: A type load exception has occurred Thanks!
  5. Such a simple and stupid solution, that was indeed what I needed to do. Forgive me for troubling you, sometimes I surprise myself for failing at the simplest of things. Thanks chap!
  6. Hello there! Linux (kubuntu) user here, I've got a bit of a hiccup I only today updated KSP to its 1.02 version, and thus, I decided to start from scratch. When updating, KSP doesn't auto-remove mods, so I had to remove them myself. Just to be sure, I made a clean install, removed everything and reinstalled everything. Then, I got the latest CKAN release... and I immediately ran into an issue. It's still showing all the mods I had before the update as still being installed, despite me having cleared the folder completely. Trying to do any action, be it try to "uninstall" them or install something else, results in CKAN getting stuck at the "trying to install/remove" screen indefinitively... I tried restoring the folder and remove the mods from CKAN, but there are 31 of them that are not updated to 1.0, and thus it doesn't allow me to interact with them in any way. The result is always the same, stuck at "trying to install" indefinitvely Let me know what I need to provide for some help. And thanks for the awesome work!
  7. Hello there having a problen on Kubuntu. It might very well be due to me being new to Linux, but I have been unable to find any info on how to fix the following: Ckan doesn't display hidden folders when looking for the KSP files, which is where it is installed. The usual fixup ( Alt + . ) doesn't work Thanks! EDIT Thanks to the helpful people in the IRC. Issue fixed with a little terminal magic
  8. Cheers for everything, will try that tomorrow. And happy 2015!
  9. Does Station Science have some incompatibilities with other mods that you're aware of? Or am I doing something wrong? My LKO station has just finished a plant growth experiment (50/50 eurekas), the science lab is fully staffed and operational. When i right click the experiment, I see... deploy? clicking it does nothing, and I have no option from the lab to finalize the results either Thanks!
