Interstellar, brother. Interstellar. (help with mac, please!)

I am running the script from the first page with the steam version for mac. Every time I start KSP, it takes everything out of the Construction and Space play lists right before the menu screen. I then move it back in and save, but that doesn't do anything when I load up construction scenes or space scenarios.
