Thanks. Although for me it seems it is not the zoom, but rather vertical movement. I hope in the near future you guys can collaborate, so the cameras will have full functionality. I love the feature, but for now I will just use them as static cameras.

So, guys the camera not rotating with the HUD buttons of the stock pods/cabins is not an issue, but the feature is strictly intended for the ALCOR ? Or there is something wrong I am doing ? Speaking for the external cam controls. I do not expect to control the ALCOR built in ones. Thing is I want to pit some cameras in a space plane, but I can not rotate the external cameras I did put on the wings from (any) cockpit. I did put ALCOR pod in the cargo bay and when I IVA in the pod they rotate just fine, but I do not really see it as practical solution.

My bad. I did not install it, but I already have mod that lets me change the fuel from FL/O to LF only. It came with another mod. Won't that conflict with it ? And I am sorry for my negligence of not reading carefully. I was reviewing the mods I have installed and I moved my saves and moved mods 1 by 1 in a fresh copy, eliminating few, adding few, so that one slipped and I did not read it.

What are the storage tanks for ? I do not seem to find any use of them. They are in utility, but I can not use them as hangars or to put any stuff inside. Edit : If they are only for visual/aesthetics then shouldn't they be listed in structural and not utility? Some day when I find myself making a station with this kind of look I will find em useful and light weight, but now they are clogging up my utility tab even more than it is now.

Thank you very much ! I guess for now I will focus on the other parts of my plan. But when I decide to play a bit with extractors I will try Karbonite, since it will be similar in 1.0. Also the background processing won me over. But yes, Oil separates into Gas, Gasoline, Kerosene, Diesel, so the idea of drilling for 1 resource, then chose what do you want to extract from it or you distill it into different % of each is the logical way to go for me. Next week I will not have access to strong internet connection, so 80% of my gaming time will be in KSP. Hope I will find new ways to enjoy the game ! -
Yes, I am talking about a stock pod. I guess I need to search the JSI topic and find out how to modify my stock pods to have the button functionalities or there is no such thing ? EDIT : When I IVA Jeb everything runs smoothly. When I IVA Bill I can only see the 2 external cams, which I think is normal, but I can not rotate them. I have no problem when I IVA Jeb. They move around and zoom. I am using the last version of RPM for 0.90. Is it possible there the problem lies ? RasterPropMonitor-dev19-2015-03-03.zip

Hmm, so far nothing to sway me 1 way or the other. I have also seen ART. I am really lost now. I need something as simple as this : Mine {material} use {material} in extractor A, B, C, D or ... output : Liquid fuel, Mono, something else, etc ... -

I did comment them out with or without the propellant tank, but in both cases it is still active. Guess I will leave it as it is and just try to remember to put that on Stage 0, so it will be the last one I may "space" into.- 786 replies

I can control the external cameras from the pod just fine no matter where on the craft they are, but when I IVA into another pod and go to the monitor there I can still switch to the external camera, BUT I can not move it in the horizontal direction and zoom. For some reason the horizontal movement (buttons) work. Other ones, including next/prev cam do not. I have to click on the "switch to camera" button to change ext cameras.

Hello. I did install this mod (base + the 2 patches) as well as vessel viewer. I have no problems controlling the cameras from the command module, but when I try from any other pod the camera is static. Only the up/down buttons work, but not consistently. Zoom and side do not. I am using JSI for .90 Any way to fix this or I should just be forced to use this pod on any vessel I intend flying ? What about Planes ? And what I am doing wrong if there is solution ?

Hello. My KSP is heavily moded and I am trying to clean up some parts I am not using or they are redundant. I want just few of the parts of the pack. Namely : Side tanks, Spherical fuel tanks(maybe), Pylon+Decoupler, 6 dock core, Smart Port, Science storage. What do I need to leave and what should I delete from the folder ? Should I just copy the "Part" folder only with the parts I need inside or I need to keep some other files in the folder ? I am trying to reduce my part count, because now I already have few pages of parts and it gets hard to build.

Hello Paul, Have you considered changing the KAS containers into KIS or making a KIS one for compatibility. Recently I switched from KAS to KIS and the way of moving and storing parts changed. I am using your mod and it is great! Many of my ships have use of the parts. It just bothers me that now when I use KIS containers the KAS container you are using does not feel nice, neither I can put the KIS container on the place if I remove it. You get my point. Hope we can get KIS variation soon, because I did read that the developer will change the KAS containers into KIS variation in next update of KAS. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work ! -

I have 1 request : Can you please remove the crew slot or work on IVA or maybe increased productivity when there is kerbal inside ? I lost a kerbal's whereabouts not once due to the crew slot inthere. -
Hello. Basically my plan to launch a huge ship into orbit then travel around kerbol system is shaping up slowly. With mods like KAS, TACLS etc. I figured that I will need some "shuttles" of supplies (Food and Water) from time to time but that is fine. Yesterday I started thinking of actually making one of my support crafts (I have 1x 5m and 2x mk3 cargo bays) to be one that will go and mine an asteroid and replenish my fuel reserves. I may as well use my "Shuttle system" to haul fuel as well as food when my reserves are getting low, but I would like to mine asteroids. I have a huge base (5m bay) that I can drop to surface and back on most bodies with no atmosphere). I have small exploration craft and I have a space plane for the atmosphere exploration and 1 empty bay. So, I did see Scott Manley recovering 1 of his miners, then ran out of fuel, but managed to process some fuel and save it from falling. What mode was that ? I do not want something that will add large amount of different resources to work with. I already have 6 on top of the vanilla ones and having more will make it way too much.

Actually, the KAS tether have 2 states : docked and undocked. I did the foolish mistake to use the docked one and it linked the 2 ships, so when I accelerated they started dancing and rolling around themselves and when I disconnected 1 of them it did slingshot pretty far, but later I had no problem with the (undocked) option. I pulled it close (slowly!) then attached the 2nd tether and pulled it in (just for the experiment. I could just dock anyway). But the experience with the (docked) option may work if I manage to pull the stuff inside, then attach 1 tether and set it to "docked" or use a strut. Not as elegant as docking, but still. -

Seems like I can not put (well, I can, but they are not visible) dp-jr on the floor of cargo bay mk3. Any way to do it and be sure to be dockable ? -
