Yes they are both running D-T fusion. If i change their fuel type to something else, i have a similar discrepency for the temperatures. IE if Reactor A temp was 10 Reactor B is 8, when using H3-H3 fusion Reactor A temp is 100 Reactor B is 80. One reactor seems to be providing the charge to keep the reactors charged, could this be the issue? I have a small Molten Salt reactor for initial startup conditions, but it cannot provide the maintenance for both engines.

I have a question regarding the Fusion reactors. I built a space plane, using the Inertial COnfinement reactors. They have been upgraded through the tech tree, and the ship was launched after I researched the tech. I have two of the reactors on my space plane, and one of them is showing a core temperature of 14225K and the other lists 20776K. I have them both connected to 1.25M thermal turbojets. When i have the turbo jets throttled up, one side is giving me significantly more thrust than the other side. I cannot figure out why one core temp would be so much lower than the other any help would be appreciated thanks.

A bug i just noticed, I have a Space plane made, and when i place the Helium3 radial cryostat fuel tank on the vessel, the cost goes Very negative. When i launch the ship, my funds get a sizable boost. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just wanted to pop in and say Thanks! this mod is great! Looking forward to the update for Version 1.0. This is one of the mods that I don't really want to play without.
