  1. In my comment last page I also mentioned the hover/normal/cargo throttle not seeming to change thrust (only sounds). Is this a bug or is it just happening behind the scenes?
  2. Awesome man. And what about that landing leg part from your early FTT pics?
  3. Any updates on the hover bug? I posted in firespitter thread as well. Another thing I mentioned there was that the "normal throttle/hover throttle/cargo throttle" controls seem to only change the sounds and not the actual thrust being generated. Side note, on those original release pics for FTT, looking at the Honeybadger with 4 VTOL fans, what are those landing legs? They didn't look stock and I can't seem to find them.
  4. Ok that explains a lot. So how does "parachutes used" interact with applying settings on chutes in symmetry? My issue has been that with the stack chute (that has two chutes) on the tail, one of the two seems to deploy under the vehicle and stay there. Not sure if maybe rotating so they come out to the sides would help?
  5. I'm have the issue with the USI FTT VTOL engines exploding when in hover mode. I've seen a couple mentions of the problem but haven't been able to find mention of fixes or whether it was something being worked on. Just curious as to the status? I also noticed that when using the "hover throttle" command the noise of the engines changes but they don't seem to show any change in thrust? Not sure if that is supposed to be displayed or not. Also, when messing around with some firespitter heli rotors to see if they had the same problem with exploding (they don't) I noticed many of the rotors seem to be missing a lot of action group options (hover/normal/cargo throttle, increase/decrease hover height). Is this correct?
  6. If I have two main chutes, say at either end of the craft, which could not be attached in symmetry, I'm wondering how I would set them up? My thought was maybe putting each chute at twice the desired landing speed? Also, how does the "parachutes used" line work? If I have a single chute model I'm guessing it doesn't display more but just uses more from the max chute supply? And does anyone have some good advice on chute placement for landing horizontally? Placing stack chutes at either end (with CoM right in the middle) had some issues because chutes were releasing under the craft (still working but not in the position I wanted). Was also thinking maybe a radial chute on top right over the CoM?
