Kopernicus doesn't need templates anymore. It can literally create planets from scratch now.

Or Ovok. Because both revolve faster than Sarnus rotates. However, Ovok, being the more massive, will be pulled in faster than Hale, so at some point, they might crash into one another. Or at least some of their remaining debris.

Eh, you can leave it that way. Moons that are destined to crash into their planet (examples; Phobos, Metis, Bianca, Triton, Larissa) are cooler, anyway.

Because anything that either orbits retrograde or faster than the planet rotates will be pulled in due to tidal forces. If something orbits slower than a planet rotates in a prograde direction, it will be pushed out.
