  4. Release is tommorrow. Expect bugs. Testers, keep on testing. If someone could PLEASE make so effects for the main engine I couldn't give you enough rep. It currently only includes the rocket, but that'll be fixed soon. Thanks for staying with this whole time. Major Leauge
  5. THIS IS AWSOME!!!!!! Also, you should make a seperate block 3+ because it had 5 seats for re-entry while the main apollo had 3. It was super cramped until they got in the Orbital Module
  6. Thanks Kart :-). I said that at the absolute latest we'll release the same day as the movie, and we're not far off. Also, if anyone is really good at engine effects, send a pm my way and I'll put you to work. Besides that, we're done.
  7. #soon. The plan is Friday. I'll be doing some recon and data gathering (seeing the movie) on Saturday. We will release then at the ABSOLUTE latest. We're already almost a month behind schedule but I think we're on the homestretch.
  8. Soon, this will be part of history. Even before the first Mun shot, Wherner von Kerman had a insane idea to use a large cluster of upgraded Saluant stages to do a manned flyby of Duna. This is the first ever sketch of this idea. (Made in Civics class). This is the beginning of Project Atlas http://i.imgur.com/It4bZ5f.jpg
  9. Huge congrats to the team who found liquid water on Mars!!
  10. Gregox, can I suggest allowing nuclear engines for the AAP and Manley mode phases? They did try the NERVA, and was on a MLV. It was a major thing back then
  11. That's true, I'm still not used to 1.0 after a few months. So much stuff!! - - - Updated - - - I've gotta tell you, I love that S-II!! Planing to keep this going soon
  12. Here is my entry: Kerbals have been exploring space with no goal for years. Finaly, a young USK president named John F. Kerman put out a dare to go to the Mun. So we started the Apophis program. (Sounds cool, right? Little did the kerbals know It means the god of death and destruction) We built a family of rockets called Saluant (A combination of Salyaut and Saturn, translates roughly to "Salute Saturn"). http://imgur.com/a/nuaar Scoring: Uses 5 engines on S-IC and S-II, and 1 engine on S-IVB +20 Stock +20 Fuel cells for power generation +10 50 points on one mission!! On the drawing board: The Saluant VB, a heavily upgraded Saluant V with an estimated payload capacity increase of 2 http://imgur.com/e57BG3H Just a quick sketch
  13. I seriously expected Danford to suggest using ICBMs against the USKK, am I on to something?
  14. Wow... I'm expecting a bay of pigs incident in the next update? And CFKN all the way, will there be any space stations? - - - Updated - - - Or should I say the Kuban missile crisis? - - - Updated - - - Also, have both nations developed nuclear weapons?
  15. FYI, atlas V 401 is retired. They only use the upper numbers in the 4 series and the 5 series
