    500 posts...I REQUEST MY FOURTH DOT! :)

    It took a little over 6 years since joining the forum to reach this milestone. Extrapolating linearly means that I should hit 1500 posts and obtain my 5th dot sometime in the year 2033.

    On your Eve 3000 submission, I notice you have the return craft mounted on the side.  Is there a second balancing load on the other side?

      Yes, even with the large gimbal of the Rhino and the large mass of the craft overall, a counter-weight is needed.

      Here's the reverse photo (from the album) - the empty weight of the return craft is ~ 5 tons, which just so happens to be roughly the weight of a full FL-T800, on top of which the ISRU is mounted.

    That was a difficult week. Still with the living! As a consequence of what's happened though I'm nearly unable to type unfortunately. Mousing is even difficult, so I may be scarce for quite some time. I wish my best to everybody!
