I prepared all my vessels to colonize Eeloo (It took 3 - 4 hours of preperation) On 2-19-17 I will colonize Eeloo
That's something I've never bothered doing (more or less because I'm lazy ), but it's a concept I've always found interesting. Good luck!

@DarkOwl57, the cockpit is from Kerbal Standard.

is that 2 cockpits stuck together? Or a mod? I know I'm nitpicking, but GREAT DRAWING!
Thanks, and don't worry, it's not nitpicking . The cockpit is from a mod. I can't really remember which one, but I'll check tonight.

Well, not exactly playing KSP, but I did finish my paint of Eagle at Laythe:
Took me a little bit to get Jool right, but I'm fairly happy with it overall.

Yesterday, I made this:
Today, I perfected the hinge and built the rest of the F-35 around it. Then, I took it for a couple of laps around KSC, and it worked wonderfully. I've been perfecting the visuals since then, so I'm really proud of this one.
Landing back on the runway after the first VTO-VL cycle. I then did a HTO-HL cycle and a STO-VL cycle (short/horizontal/vertical takeoff/landing).
Who doesn't love a good stock F-35? (Canada, I guess, but who else?)
Though the VTOL was the priority, I'm also really satisfied with how the visuals turned out.
Wow, that looks fantastic! A download by chance? I'm sure the United Kerbal Air Force would like to get there hands on these!

Fooled around in my Sandbox save. Made some more planes that didn't work very well. Realised I forgot to feed my lizard. So I did that.
And then though it would be cool to make a lizard in KSP. I'll probably have trouble articulating the limbs, but I'll work on it.

After about an hour and a half, I found em!
I call the statue the Great Pappy.
Now, on to other stuff!
Took me ages to find the pyramids back in the day. I flew in a search pattern and when I found them, discovered that if I flew in a straight line, I would have found them in 15 minutes

I did not play KSP today, however, I did do a cr*p ton of dV calculations to discover new designs!
I'm trying to decode the little man on your profile picture... Any hints? I've got C E H J 8, but that's it
I'm probably not reading it right lol

Today I brought back yet another wheel-related mod that has been MIA since 1.05....
(hint: Its the landing gear....)Should have the Adjustable Landing Gear (ALG) parts available as part of Kerbal Foundries a bit later today. Most of the original feature-set should be available, though some features may have changed slightly.
Aw sweet, I've been waiting for these. Thanks a ton!

This is crazy good! I'd love to see Buzz Aldrin's footprint stepped on by Jeb's, just because he likes attention.

Got some amazing beauty shots from flying an Eagle above Laythe:
Luna and Manie look pretty impressed with the view too:
Vall and Tylo were in perfect alignment above Laythe:
Might try to sketch one of these, too. Particularly the top two if I get around to it

Turned my F-22 into a trainer:
By the way @Galileo, I'm really loving your visual mods, particularly SVT. It really makes everything pop

After 4 long hours of small movements of a trackpad and a ton of loud music in my headphones on repeat, I finished my sketch:
It's a satellite approaching Asteroid Orbital, a screenshot I took ages ago.

Worked on some UAV's:
And also tried some--
GOSH DARN IT! WHO LET JEB FLY!? YOU KNOW HE CAN ONLY FLY REAL PLANES!
The Valkyrie had another run at flying a rover over to the airbase:
...I then found out that the rover couldn't clear the bottom of the drop bay. *sigh* I'll be back, I unfortunately have some employees to fire...
And I almost forgot, I have my new contender for Dakar 2017:

Try NavUtilities. Gets you close to Mt. Killakerbal without actually smacking it (unless you're being stupid in the first place, that is).
Oh cool, thanks! And, err... It's a bit of a mixture of both... Probably more of the latter. I get too close or I forgot and go eat something and come back to my computer and see I'm going to hit it and I don't want to touch my keyboard because of got toasted sandwich all over my fingers so I try to quicksave with me elbows and it works and I go wash my hands and reload the save but it does that really annoying thing where your craft explodes when it reloads.
This has happened many times
Hopefully NavUtilities helps.

Don't worry. Most of the time my spaceplanes just land on random deserts or splash down in the ocean
I'M NOT ALONE! Half the time I'm trying for KSC I'm coming in a dead straight line for the runway and a GOSH DANG MOUNTAIN gets in my way. They're so pesky, they sneek up on me when I'm not expecting it and spook me...

No idea, past two weeks its been truly awful, anyone got suggestions for a different image host?
If you have Discord, you can post it into a chat, right click, copy the link and put it into your thread. It's very reliable for me, and should work for you too. I'm pretty sure you can use Facebook, or maybe Twitter if you have it, but I'm not sure about them. Good luck

100 posts? It doesn't feel like it...

I may or may not be building a car based of this old (old) game...

Dang, that's cool.
I did some air-to-air refueling.
Bill got scared and jumped out the window, but went through the engine midair instead. I expected some mashed up Kerbal to come out the back, and that's exactly what I got. Spaghetti Bill flew(?) in a dead straight line into space, travelling... at 0 m/s. The Kraken had taken him away for good...

Thanks! She tops out at 400 around sea level, and I got her up to 800+ at 10km.
As for shedding weight, 90% of the time, you don't need every tank to be filled. Most of the craft I post nowadays have bare minimum fuel (<400 units LF). It also helps keep your CoM and CoL balanced and makes it a lot more maneuverable.
I don't fill every tank, but I think it's the way I've balanced it that makes it so slow.
Meanwhile, here's the Raptor that I finally took screenshots of. This is the modded version. The stock one doesn't look as good.

Man, they look great! Wish I had a taste for asthetics like you. Great job on the Eagle, too. What's it's top speed? Mine only tops off at 126m/s. Its just too heavy and I can't seem to shed the weight.
What did you do in KSP1 today?

*sigh*, I've done it again. I flew to Minmus in a race on a DMP server, and landed. I won by a day, and cut my engines so that I wouldn't fly off if I accidentally throttled up (I tend to do that a lot, particularly with plane-shaped landers). I messed around on the surface, planted a flag, et cetera, et cetera. I then went to prep for take off. Apparently my RCS (which I really didn't need, I had a reaction wheel on-board) could overpower Minmus gravity. I tested this out, and then hit spacebar to re-ignite my engines. Apparently, even after 5 years of playing KSP, this still hasn't sunk in. Hitting spacebar doesn't reignite disabled engines. So, my capsule popped off the glider stage and I was left with what was effectively a glorified space can with a heatshield and a parachute. On a moon with no atmosphere (not that that would help anyway). I got my Kerbal out to see if DMP permitted some cheeky KAS. But before I even touched the ground the glider stage disappeared due to it being classed as debris. So now I need to send another rescue mission to Minmus (Honestly, it's probably the 17th time). Come to think of it, I might just take the same vessel, strap a probe core to it and disable decoupling on the separator.
