  1. Server side problems probably. And as pointed by @Palmput, maybe the site is not even being maintained anymore?
  2. SQUAD also said that there would be no multiplayer in KSP. Then Dark Multiplayer appeared and now, what you know? Now KSP will have multiplayer. I wouldn't put a single cent on SQUAD putting mods support at all. But let's say it does. It will be a thing for only a few select individuals, especially considering how "complete and extensive" the documentation for KSP pc modding is.
  3. Unfortunately for me, the mods I want are exactly the ones I don't have cached yet. Or, you can use the same CKAN to manage multiple KSP installs. Much easier.
  4. Well, some mods have multiple download links, but it seems that only KerbalStuff ones are used, which renders CKAN useless when KerbalStuff starts giving up, which is something that's been happening quite often these days.
  5. But, it doesn't work for both people that use CKAN and for people who doesn't. So, it doesn't matter how good it is for mod searching if It's not reliable.
  6. I tried and tried, but have no idea how to make the wing command thing work. At first, it looks like you're in control of something, until the plane starts idling around KSC and the buttons do nothing. Also, resizable windows would be nice. It's hard to get a grip on what to do when you have 6-8 windows in front of you.
  7. I'd rather call it 'Singles Awareness Day' instead.
  8. Any sane mod maker should use GitHub. Tried and true, tons of projects both big and small in it, etc. Also, you can kiss CKAN goodbye if KerbalStuff is down.
  9. I wouldn't subestimate the hurdles a company can go to not have mods in. So, far, it's safe to assume that no mods will exist for PS4. And I'm surprised that a game as unstable at times like KSP is even considered for console porting.
  10. Having multi monitor support in your game engine doesn't magically give your game multi monitor support.
  11. Sounds like a good idea for Realism Overhaul. Not so much for the stock game, IMO.
  12. More power to them. It's not money from my pockets.
  13. Adjust the UI size in settings.cfg.
  14. 1 - Well, all you have to do is tell those people who say Mechjeb is cheating: "Well, then you should only do all your missions in IVA,cause controlling your vessel from the outside is also cheating." 2 - This goes along the good old process of, instead of giving users the feature they want, let's make our own half assed version of it that sorta does what mod XYZ does, but not quite. But enough to keep the bulk of users who don't want to use mods from complaining. 3 - Yup. I find funny that, regardless of how many examples several users pointed in a thread from some time ago, I'm pretty sure the whole 'I know better than you what you think you want' mentality still is strong amongst some devs.
  15. Let's see. Some of these may be slightly hammed up for 'better effect': - See all those nifty features KSP has right now? I'm pretty sure they would be just what you wanted if SQUAD just copied the exact mod they took the idea from, instead of making their own half assed version of it. - If Mechjeb is cheating, let's see you do all those nifty missions IVA only, cause controlling the craft from the outside is also cheating. - So, let me get this straight. PewDiePie makes millions of dollars per year doing essentially nothing and you think he has the right to complain about anything? - You know that the fanbase of <insert modern cartoon here> still stands mostly because of the huge amount of porn material made behind the curtains, right? - Game of Thrones? Isn't that thing where people are either backstabbing each other, having sex with each other and/or killing each other? -Doctor Who?
  16. I think a bigger issue is that there's no way for you to know which mod is causing it. When it happens in stock, it's even worse.
  17. Well, what could you expect from a company that incentives mod making but doesn't even have proper documentation for mod making?
  18. And since, people have learned how to make mods by hacking, there's no standard on how you should make them.
  19. If I ship this tire with a car and someone dies as a result of this tire failing, who is responsible? The company that made the tire, or the company that didn't test said tire in their car?
  20. The problem is not installing mods. The problem is removing them.
  21. Knowing a lot of facts is not the same as being smart.
  22. Nah. The internet's sewers is this place called 'Deep Web'.
  23. No supermassive black holes or neutron stars?
