  1. I know, I underestimated Eve's gravity. I haven't gone there in a long time.
  2. DAMN IT! It doesn't take off! *weeps* Oh well, here's a lovely screenshot I took on the way down. http://imgur.com/a/Hc8dq Will start work on MK II
  3. I'll send you screenshots. Maybe. I haven't been able to test it though... Heres the design in the VAB: http://imgur.com/a/S5fsL
  4. What's the lightest Lander so far? Mine was 4.1 tonnes. Yet to fully test, because my GAME KEEPS CRASHING! Ugh.
  5. I think this is the only time MORE BOOSTERS applies. I will attempt this challenge, but warning, I am relatively amateur in KSP.
  6. Oh dear god... It's you from the Suicide Scientist mission...
  7. Dear god... I would have used mustard or marinara. Do you have any idea how unhealthy ketchup is?
  8. I want one of the SMALLEST moons to be a gas giant as well. A slightly smaller one, but still gassy. Jokes aside, I would love a hoth-esque planet. I like the idea of the planet that is insanely un-round. Final idea, how about a neutron star like planet. Smooth, small, and rapidly rotating. The atmosphere of the moon would be strangely shaped, thick at the equator, and thin at the poles, due to centrifugal force.
  9. Oh my god... Is Jeb safe?! You didn't strand him did you?!
  10. Am I the only one who has a favorite Kerbal who isn't Jeb (besides him). I liked Bill, because he was the first Kerbal of mine to set foot on the Mun. He is still there to this day, but that's besides the point. If it was a randomly generated Kerbal, or if you put yourself in there, reply below, the name, and why they are your favorite. I also like one of my RNG Kerbals, Adbro, and my custom Kerbal Deviin.
  11. I got Adbro. He was the coolest non-veteran Kerbal I had.
  12. I'm not new to KSP. I've owned the game for years now. But with all that time I've only made it as far as Duna (and back). So could the pros give me some efficiency tips, and how to plan missions out to Jool? Thank you. (If you could throw in some tips about docking, that would be lovely.)
  13. I put the file into GameData, like other mods, but it won't work. (Using 1.2) I also am not using Regolith (Is that necessary?)
  14. I see so many challenges that are "reusable spacecraft" etc. So my challenge is to make a craft that ejects nearly any part after it's first use (Landing Legs, Paracutes, etc. Solar panels cannot be retracted.) Engines may be allowed to stay in Normal and Hard mode. Normal Difficulty: Land on the Mun (or Minmus), (don't have to return) Hard Difficulty: Land on Mun and return Super Hard Difficulty: Land on Mun, in an Apollo style plan (dock with mothership. Eject docking ports after use.) Insane Difficulty: Land on Duna or Eve. Unfathomably Difficult: Impress me. I look forward to your designs/screenshots!
  15. It was my first time leaving Kerbin. I made my first Mun rocket (Long and poorly designed) Bill was locked in, and ready to go. I made all my burns right. I called my family over to watch the landing. I landed. Bill got out, planted his flag, jumped around for a while, and got back in, ready to go home. I didn't have enough fuel to escape the Mun's SOI. In front of my family. That is when I discovered infinite fuel. Mission 2: It was years later, I had gotten to and from the Mun several times. I had even gone interplanetary. I was recording a video with my friend. Everything was going great, I had gotten to the Mun's orbit, I looked brilliant (especially compared to him) . I crashed the lander into the surface. Take 2: I made it out of the Mun's SOI, aaaaaaaaand burned up in Kerbin's atmosphere. That stupid Mun... I will put the video link here:
  16. 164: Name your child Jebediah, and sign him up for Astro camp. 165: Take advantage of your child being gone to play more KSP. 166: Lose custody of your child due to obsessive KSP playing. 167: Not care and spend life responding to 102 things to do in KSP. 168: Sob violently.
  17. 156. De-Orbit a space station and watch it burn up. 157. Try to get a job at NASA with 180 hours of KSP on your resume.
