the only way to not have me explain it to you is to have you read the op you really want me to tell you? okay fine... basically there are two people, one side is people like Boeing and SpaceX, where they try to get launch contracts from the Payload providers, these people are known as Launch Providers, or LPs then we have people like if-I-knew-one-right-now-I-would-tell-you-but-I-don't-wait-a-second-i'm-on-a-computer. but basically they make satellites and give contracts to the LPs to launch the satellites to the orbits like that if you want to know more, go to the other thread, this one is only to submit the rockets and satellites here's the thread:
