Well, now the bomb works sometimes, can't seem to find the pattern, I'm trying. Also, fixed the issue to detonating too early, thanks! Ok now here is an example of falling short: Bomb configuration: Bomb Drop: Bomb Flight (The bomb flies toward target): Bomb then steers away from target: Then falling short:
-
I had this problem as well, To fix it, I basically uninstalled the mod, then checked the files integrity in steam (in properties). Then reinstalled it. This should fix your issue.
-
I changed it, double checked. Still not working, like the bombs still steer away from the target and fall short. Also, the bombs tend to explode like 100 meters on top the the target (midair), what should i tweak?
-
Hmm also, with the bombs and missiles, it works if I drop them at around 4500m altitude, but when I'm around 1500m, the bombs and missiles tend to steer away from the target. Is it suppose to do that? So with the bombs, I can fix it right now? In the config files right? Can you send me some instructions? Or I can just wait for the next update.

No I haven't, what is detonation distance override? Also, I focused on the bombs and missiles, what it tends to do it fly toward right on top of the target, then make a turn to fly AWAY from the target, and landing around 150 meters away from the target.

Ok, the weapon manager issue is fixed! Thank you! However, I did some bomb tests with the MK82 GPS bombs, they never hit the target, always tend to fall short I'm sure I used the GPS coordinator correctly. The bombs maneuver themselves to fall short of the target by 100-200 meters.

I just fixed it! there was a script for the bombs that I incorrectly installed. All good now. Thank you though.

So I feel like I did not install the mod correctly. as now in SPH, there's always two BDA weapons section after I dropped this mod inside my gameData folder. Now the weapon manager doesn't work, whenever I try to open the GUI, it always says weapon manager not found. As far as I know, inside the mod pack, there is one folder called BDArmory Weapons Extension, and one called NextStarIndustries. I dropped them both inside my gameData folder, with BDarmory already inside the gameData folder. So now when I open ksp, two BDA parts sections come up. Did I install the mods correctly? Also, none of the guided bombs and missiles seem to hit their target, as if there's no guidance at all. Sometimes the bombs just explode midair 3-5 seconds after dropping. Please help! Thanks!
-
Also, is it just me or all the bombs (guided and unguided) tend to fall short of its target in the newest version of BDA? Even the ones with GPS guidance.

I do have a weapon manager. I do also have BDaweapons extension pack installed, so maybe that's cause the issue. Also, is it just me or all the bombs (guided and unguided) tend to fall short of its target in the newest version of BDA? Even the ones with GPS guidance.

Hey guys, Anyone have the problem of not being able to open up the weapon manager GUI in the newest version? Like it always says "no weapon manager found". Also, there's always two BDarmory part sections on the left in SPH. Please help! Many thanks!

Thank you so much! -
I'm currently in China using VPN, but I cannot access github to get the updates, anyone knows a way to get the files?
-
Guys, I need some help. Whenever I toggle my unguided bombs, the green targeting circle appears, but always directly below the plane, which makes it useless. The targeting circle should be well in front of the plane, right?
