[1.8] EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements [1.8.0-2]
ModerndayLink replied to Waz's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I would suggest removing the lowest cloud layer using the in game editor (alt+0) as this will mean not as many cloud layers will be loaded at once. -

I just thought of a way to keep the disc without the log spam. so the ring works fine on a planet right? so what you can do is create a "node" moon with a blank texture and give it a SMA of 1 km and apply the ring to the node instead so it will look like the ring is still around olu'um. this is how I did the animated solar surface in my mod.

Well at about 11 km I'm pretty sure at that height you would have the most volumetric clouds loaded. -

Stock Mod Integration
ModerndayLink replied to MCSquared's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
IMO, i don't think Planet mods like kerbol origins should be integrated because as of now so many Planet mods already exist that put planets in the places kerbol origins puts them and this would mean great mods such as opm or gpo would have to be heavily rewritten or even removed which would stink as there are a lot of people who use opm (me included) that would not be able to play with opm. -
Wait, how did you get jool to look like that?

[1.8] EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements [1.8.0-2]
ModerndayLink replied to Waz's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Change altitude to 500 change color to 114 146 134 260 change the main texture from duna 1 to to detail1 -
you know, you could integrate the change into the lore saying that olu'um has finally absorbed all of the matter from the accretion disc and begun emitting slightly more light than before. This will also account for the change in radius.

I guess I have experienced with a few of the problems listed. Such as the random text appearing, but its really not that bad( unless you are on mobile.) the only thing that really annoys me is that the search function is practically useless in that whenever I try searching for something it always comes up with an error

so about a month ago some may have noticed that I changed my avatar to a picture of a white cat with the words RIP Blue written on the side. That cat had died from suffocation because he had fluid in his lungs, he was 16 years old. I don't know hat else to say except I was very sad about it. one reason was that the cat had been around literally my entire life.

So, if this adds extremely thin atmospheres to the moons that don't have one. Does that mean It forces physics warp when landing?
