...Why are all the recent render images gone from Imgur?
-
This means absolutely nothing, neither in the legal nor speculative sense. What's the foreseeable future? Have we gone past it? Even so, can we tell what may come afterwards? Not until it is announced. I'm sure Squad is burned out with KSP at this point. The only reason they are not showing their tiredness is most likely because they have projects they are working on the backburner but are not willing to share.

Yeah I have this bookmarked on my browser and was about to say something about it. Really good stuff. Doesn't have everything, but it does have a large portion of it. Also don't forget to run your MIDIs through GXSCC for +5 coolness.
-
What are you guys talking about? NASA is the real cheater here, they have a real space program so that they can improve their program at KSP.

People whine too much role playing. That's a bit of a generalization, but it stands true, and we don't deserve to have a subforum where people become unhappy, suffer, cheat, lose everything, and get banned. We think we are enjoying the game, but often when we lose we stand at a lesser position than what we started on. But if there's a "safer" and better moderated way to do RPing.. then I'm all for it.

I think it should be replaced by "Spacecraft Thursday" but we should really be featuring stuff that gets buried under things that are already popular (meaning don't immediately start spotlighting Vagani). On the other hand, streamers should be spotlighted once in a while as well. They take a lot of time out of their day to share their fun with others and it shouldn't go to waste. Maybe alternate between streamers and crafts?

I wonder why I didn't ever think of this before..

Heh, I was playing on the Microsoft support lifecycle, don't take it seriously
-
"DMP mainline support has ended. Extended support will continue to late 2016."

Comes with interpreter and serial port right?

About two years ago, many of you played Ben Aksoy's [thread=9592]Ace of Spades[/thread]. If you are not familiar with the story, here it is in short form: Jagex made Ben an offer he couldn't refuse, and immediately the website was dismantled, leaving us between version 0.75 and 0.76 (a last-minute update which was not noticed by a majority of players). This led to the formation of Build and Shoot, a community discussing the pre-Jagex game. As you know, Jagex's Ace of Spades was very poorly received, and most of the community stopped playing Ace of Spades altogether. It's been a few years now, and my estimate is that by late 2016 the Ace of Spades community will have completely dissolved. I feel as if I have the chance to change it all, one person to drive the outcome of Ace of Spades away from oblivion. I am trying to develop a WebGL client for Ace of Spades, the 0.75 version, for various reasons which I will not cover here because it feels like I am advertising. However, I'd also like to assess the effectiveness of my project before I even pass the halfway mark: how many of you would be interested in such a thing? My rationale is that unlike the other clients, it would not require any installation at all, and it would run well on most machines without OS-related problems. It could also make it into Google's PageRank. Thus it should give the AoS community a big boost, and also for the enjoyment of many more players behind firewalls and such. Please tell me your thoughts on my endeavor. I don't want to make this sound like advertising; I just want to tell you KSPers about a project I've been working on.

Fun fact: Chrome's user agent impersonates both that of Firefox and Safari! And don't forget that almost every browser's user agent begins with Mozilla! What a terrible world, eh?
-
I just love not finishing renders. Don't you?
-
I use Google Ultron. Sorry, couldn't keep a straight face. Erm... I just use Firefox. With Adblock.
-
Oh look it's a pyramid shaped rock in the distance. Looks like NASA's moved their rover from New Mexico to Egypt.

Seeing if real world statistics apply to the forum. (Please participate)

I chose left-handed even though I use the right hand for the mouse. I think that the definition of ambidexterity should be a bit stricter, where you can write legibly and perform tasks well with either hand. -
Why don't you just use Classic Theme Restorer?

If something gets dented or scratched, how easy will it be to disassemble it?

Starwhip's Renderfarm [Stock Craft Requests Open]
longbyte1 replied to Starwhip's topic in KSP Fan Works
It's funny, because I am looking at Andrew Price's tutorial as well (If he made a readable version of his tutorials, this would go a lot faster..)
