I had an idea for a part, so I got this idea when playing around with some of the winches in an earlier version of KIS. Basically its an EVA tether. Its just a small winch attached to the outside of a spacecraft that would link to the kerbal's jetpack and would reach a max length of maybe 8 meters or so, but this keep from a kerbal on EVA from floating out into the void of space when on an EVA and the EVA propellant is all used up, or you just want to preform a more realistic EVA without the use of a jetpack, or perhaps from falling off of a ledge when working on a planet's surface. Its just an idea, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it, thanks! -

I believe the reason why the parachute acts oddly when it is a part of the craft itself is because the parachute deploys from the center of mass of the part that has the parachute value, I dont know for sure, but that seems to be the case from what ive observed -

Thanks for the response! I was simply wondering about it, but again thank you for your hard work! I really enjoy the mod, I think its a must have when it comes to mods, and your work in the IVA is also amazing as well, it fits the overall theme of the pod. Simple, yet it works, and works well. thank! (the parachute texture is pretty awesome too) -

I love this mod! It very small size makes it great for orbital station escape pods. I have a question about the parachute though, the animations for the pre-deployment and deployment of the parachute seem to be fixed, so rather than being oriented in the direction of the airflow, the parachute is in a fixed position, always facing the direction the capsule is facing until the animation is finished. Just wondering if a fix was coming for it -

THANK YOU! Ive been waiting a really long time for this mod to be updated! Really glad to see its finally updated, I love this mod a really rely on it. I was able to install it without a problem, but it seems like all the textures are black, however, the reflection of light off the surface of the pobe seems to change with each texture correctly, but if you simply look at any of the parts or cores from the side, they appear black. Any suggestions on what is happening and possibly how to fix it? Thanks!

I REALY love this mod, Im wondering if there is a possibility that it can be updated for 1.3.0, it was a cornerstone for my space program in 1.2.2, and sadly, the mod does not work for 1.3.0, could it please be updated?

for some reason, when I run this mod, If I have radiators on the ship, the as soon as the ship loads on the launch pad. when I retract them, the retract, but extend right after they are done retracting. this has happend every time. Is this just happening to me?
