Well, I do live in a mildly closely packed neighborhood (2 acres of land), So i`ll probably find a testing area so that I don`t.... Deafen people?

I live in maryland, and i`m not completely sure that its legal to test it in my backyard, I may have to go to a bomb range and test it Oxidizer is being worked out.....

Long story as to how I wanted to make this, so I wont get into it here.... But its a thing! I have started sketching this thing out! Its meant to use either gasoline or 90% alcohol, using the outside air as its oxidizer until I can get access of liquid o2 (long time). I`m currently doing a very quick sketch, using just a few "rules of rocket design", its going to be water cooled using some very small pipes, the injector pipe is going to be kinda crimped for lack of better words, to add pressure.

Ok, so, i`m working on a liquid rocket engine, I will be testing safely, so don`t worry..... But before I begin construction, i`m unsure about the regulations around here for doing this kinda stuff, I don`t want to be arrested when I test it (that would be bad), Is there a site where I can see the regulations? I looked pretty much everywhere, but nadda.... Thanks!

Well... I pulled a apollo 13.... My engines for some reason where stuck on (i think sticky keys), I tried to throttle down, nope! Throttle went straight back to 100%! Had to deactivate the engine by hand (shutdown engine). My current trajectory to the mun would send me on a kerbin escape..... I plotted the maneuver when I was at mun periapsis turned out to be like, a 5 second burn... With re-entry heat, and no heat shield. I did the maneuver, 5 m/s off, swung around the back of the mun with my "crippled" craft (for poetry`s sake) and, I hit it right on the spot (where I always aim for re-entry); 30K periapsis. (ok, more like 30.5k) re-entered, and had a safe landing. Not as impressive as many of these, but i was proud of it!

Tried to launch cassini for a tribute video.... Needless to say, it didn`t get very far (I`m blaming it on mechjeb) Video will be at some point next week.......
