  1. I'm having a weird behavior in eclipses - not sure if it's this or Scatterer, but I do think it's EVE. I was on a base on Ike, and Duna started eclipsing, making everything dark. That's a beautiful effect, however it also made the electric lights progressively darken to pitch-black, and (even worse imo) the green overlay when hovering parts too. I didn't have engines so I don't know whether their light emission would have darkened too.
  2. Could you say what's the waiting on for releasing the volumetric version ? I'm not asking for a time commitment, but are we waiting for a list of bugs to be resolved ? or is there a fixed exclusivity period you set between release for patreon and free release ?
  3. @tg626sure, but in my limited experience it's more all-or-nothing situations. Having a dependency is one thing, altering your behavior upon the existence of a mod that's not supposed to change anything by itself, and is not required for you to work, is another. @Buzz313ththat's a good question, maybe worth lodging as an issue/PR on the github repo.
  4. I guess I understand why you went that way then. But the most unintuitive part about it is that installing a technical mod not meant to have any effect in the game by itself, MM, triggers that (arguably big) change as side-effect.
  5. Deleting the "GameData\MechJeb2\Parts\MechJebNoCommandPod.cfg" file was enough to fix the issue. But it's included in vanilla mechjeb, so I guess I'll have to manually remove it at every update... Not great, ideally it should be toggleable from the in-game MJ settings.
  6. Yo. I recently updated to the last version after some time (previous was about 2020). Now all my crafts have MJ enabled even when I don't add the MJ case. Is it normal or somehow due to corrupted settings after the version jump ? How can I disable it ? I didn't find an option for that in the MJ Settings window.
  7. Is it possible to have information about how config works ? The config download linked in the original post contains a lot more than just a config file, do we need to install the entire original EVE mod alongside this just to piggyback its configuration file ? Could the original post contain more info about how to make the mod work, if downloading it and putting it in GameData is not enough ?
  8. What is the official download sorce ? Is it https://ksp.sarbian.com/jenkins/job/MechJeb2-Dev/ or https://ksp.sarbian.com/jenkins/job/MechJeb2-Release/ ? I alvays thought it was Dev, but the last Dev issues, while being more recent, work less on KSP than the Release version, what the hell ?
  9. Were you in a stable orbit around the celestial body upon activating the "Land at target" ? If not, well you need to.
  10. Is that normal or a glitch, if when I use launch autopilot and deselect Roll, MJ turns my ship north automatically ? It's basically ruining my stability and forcing me to struggle, since my shuttle is supposed to head east, and MJ is forcing it to pan sideways on gravity turn (dunno if I make myself clear ?)
