  1. @damonvv Are you planning on adding a Drone Ship? It would be a perfect fit for this mod. If you are, make another drone ship to launch the BFR from(Earth to Earth and stuff)
  2. Is it possible to make a USI Kontainer that fits perfectly inside the cargo BFS(when it comes out, of course)? Or is there a procedural USI kontainer? Would be really useful to fill up all that space. And how is the progress going on the cargo and tanker versions? @damonvv I just had an idea on how you should go about the cargo and tanker versions of the BFS - just make one cargo version(like you did before) and make a fuel tank that fits perfectly inside the cargo BFS, instead of a separate BFS tanker. And how is the IVA going?
  3. Gwynne Shotwell said on TED that SpaceX is seriously trying to use the BFR as a hypersonic passenger liner. The BFR apparently has the same pressurized volume as the lower deck of the Airbus A380, which could mean that they could fit about 400 people tightly packed in there(economy seats) for earth-to-earth missions. I have made my own stock version of the BFR with a capacity for 100 crew members. It was made of about 40 Mk2 crew cabins, which is basically the BFR design, which wanted to use 40 cabins. Also it didn't have any part clipping. So I think it is pretty practical to make a BFR with at least a 15-20 crew capacity(and like @BRAAAP_STUTUTU said, it would be pretty nifty for tourism missions...). I also believe that you can't really make Kerbals do stuff in different rooms(as far as I know, please correct me if I am wrong) Also what about the solar panels? Why did they get removed in the beta? I am having to use stock solar panels
  4. I'm pumped for the final release(IVA is coming). Here are some things I noticed(not just the BFR). The Falcon 1 was unlocked very early in career mode, and made my life easier. Also, the new BFR works as an SSTO. Is that supposed to happen? And are the cargo attachments heat resistant(in case I come in through a ballistic reentry)? Also, because there was no Tanker BFS in the previous release, I made by own using procedural parts. When is the new one coming? Can you also make the BFS Remote Controllable and not need a minimum crew? I believe that is how the real one is going to be. And do you have a reason for it only having a 10 crew capacity? I am pretty sure the real BFS has 40 cabins allowing a maximum of 100 people to be on the ship.
  5. You could probably just put a mini heat shield on each one of them. Or change the configs(and increase the cost in the process).
  6. @damonvvYou know how airbrakes have options to make it a control surface(pitch, yaw and roll triggers when you right click on the airbrakes)? Isn't it possible to do the same for the fins? Also, the G9 plume doesn't expand as it goes higher into the atmosphere(it's still very pretty though) https://imgur.com/MWum9f7
  7. Is it a problem to scale that down to 5 m? If you take an estimate that each cabin in the picture is 1/3rd of the 9 meters, than it would be about 3 meters wide for each cabin. However, when you scale this down to 5m, it would be too small... I would love to see this design, but doesn't really seem practical with 5 m diameter. The kerbals would not have enough personal space....

  9. Why? Isn't it possible to just make them attachable separately, and make them act like a control surface? Please correct me if I am wrong, I don't know a lot about mod-making... Also btw, the pictures are looking GREAT!! I am amazed. What visual mods are you using?
