im having issues with the taxiway in the KSC being mostly located in the grass lands

Hey im wondering if this is still a thing with KH, do pressurised structural pieces still not give space to kerbals? E.G. SSPER or near future structural

is there a version that places the parts into the tech tree? or even the community tech tree mod?
