  1. Fairings are useful, you could build pretty much any shape you want, like domes or command capsules. But I face a problem when trying to build manned fairing vessels. 1. the only part that looks like an airlock is the mk1 lander can, which means clipping into the main command modules, which leads to some terrifying IVA boxes. 2. Even mk1 lander can isn't a fully usable airlock, sometimes the only way to EVA outside requires offsetting the lander can more than half of the lander can's radius, which isn't very streamlined. 3. I asked the discord about the fairing bugs and one says that the fairing sometimes doesn't have a hitbox (except the fairing base), which sometimes prohibits the Kerbal ability to EVA inside the fairing ( for domes). So with the next update coming soon, pls maybe do some tweaking on the fairing or add an airlock.
  2. The image was from HoDeok in discord, and it's the newest version. But I reinstalled spectra today and Duna looks more beautiful!
  3. I really like all the planets with Spectra visuals, except Duna. I feel Duna is quite bare as well as the color is quite weird. So I wanna ask can I do something to have only Duna having AVP visual, but the rest of the planets using Spectra Visuals?
  4. Such an Awesome mod. Why don't ksp developers make this mod stock rather than revamping parts that takes updates?
  5. True ScanSat is useful in this situation but it adds parts, and I wouldn't need this mod for long since I'm doing things stock.
  6. No, I mean that the shadows in ksp map view often creates illusions of flat ground, but when I arrive the land isn't flat and I see better plains in front that isn't loaded in map view
  7. This mod is extremely helpful on site contracts, but not on base finding, the map view shadows is often misleading and i keep pressing area ahead or behind the area I want, so if you can, maybe add an option to choose destination in flight

I have the same problem, most of my mods are visual mods, but my two module base was miss align and I can't undock to realign, I tried removing Autostruts and the craft is floating separately but the game loads as one, I destroyed one of the modules docking port once but the game still loads as one, refusing to separate the craft. Please help

I was just recording a normal Gilly SSTO Base, after landing I docked the base outside the cargo bay of the SSTO, but it was misaligned in the roll section, but when I undock, excrementss happens, first stack overflow, crashed my game. After restarting the game, I want to undock again, first null reference exceptation, then Stack overflow, this time it didn't crash. I start asking discord for help, on guy suggest to remove autostruts, so i did, but the most bizarre stuff is coming. First, I undock and the two module separates, but when i switch, I could only switch between the ssto and the base. The two base modules separate further, i even turn one of the module, but it is still one craft. I timewarped and what, the hitchiker module's parts starts disorts, it crash into the lab. And worse is that no matter how many time I quickload the same thing happens and the base won't undock, the game just keep saying Null Reference or Stack overflow. I decide to change to other bases/ stations and attempt undocking, but it was normal, i switch to a future save where the base was aligned, but I can't undock that base. Both from the quicksave base and the future base starts with the hitchhiker module before the science module docks. I first suspect the stack separator, terminated the stack separator and the same thing happens to the base. Another thing to suspect is the hitchiker module since it was mostly fixed, I can't turn that module. The last suspect is the cargo bay.   10. Thx! EVE clouds particles are also less visible long range, making a weird clear sky as far as the eye can see except at the bottom. Though it's also good to know my prop can reach such altitudes
  11. I have no idea if this is a Scatterer bug, or I have reinstall Scatterer too many times, or if this is a feature of Spectra. This is at Eve daylight terminator area, near 11km above surface. Please reply.

Laythe has glowing clouds just like other atmospheric planets have auroras, but just like my previous pictures, only Laythe doesn't have problem while the others lack features, like Duna doesn't have the blues. I still have saves that are loaded when AVP is still there, but after that they were never loaded again as I removed AVP and changed to Spectra. For the sunflare the game doesn't loads Spectra sunflare. Every atmospheric planet except Laythe doesn't look similar in the trailer. As you can see from the pictures, Laythe is ok but Jool looks like a plain green planet, the bands are nearly invisible

I've currently has the most latest 1.9 version of Scatterer (official) as well as official 1.9 EVE, but still Spectra doesn't affect the planet's visual much, the sunflare and atmospheric planet are still dominated by Scatterer and EVE. Other than saves having AVP causing errors, what else can affect Spectra performance? And do I need to install Scatterer and EVE before Spectra?
  15. Does this version of scatterer and EVE compatible with Spectra, my planets doesn't have much Spectra details?
  16. I asked discord the same thing with the log but the log did nothing to help, then I found out it was just the missing kerbals in the craft causing massive mayhem. How do kerbals wreck the whole save to not load the craft and mess with the comm net is beyond me
  17. Finally got the pic in, also this mission is done and idk how but detaching the back heatshield make things more stable
  18. ok new problem, when i merge a craft into a save, that save's comm net is suddenly disabled
  19. Well the other problem is that 1. There's no yellow sunset/ sunrise (idk is this a problem) 2.from orbit, the whole planet of Eve doesn't appear to have a line of yellow at its day night boundary 3. The base is at the equator (idk does longitude affect) Also about Jool, is that normal if it doesn't has bands? (The band's are hardly visible)
  20. The two files were from the same version, and I tried entering the save and it loads, and I haven't check much about the log file since the game didn't crash and the log file were mostly parts loading

I'm stuck on the loading screen after importing a 500+ part station into a save file, loading the save file has no problem, but when i load the merged craft, the whole game stuck on the loading screen. The space music is playing but I can't do anything. I have a few mods, Spectra Scatterer EVE KER DistantObjects BetterTimeWarp and Trajectories
  22. Duna isn't the only one looking worst. Eve lost most of it's yellow, you could only see a small speck of yellow clouds. EVE also takes a closer distance for the player to see the clouds, and it also emits square/circular white clouds before entering the major cloud layer, which i didn't see this during my first Eve mission with EVE, my craft was swarm by clouds before.
  23. Nope, New save file doesn't fix. And i didn't mess with the Spectra Config, idk but 1.9 Scatterer is said to be has some extra bugs, 1.8 Scatterer is broke in 1.9. if I want to can revert to 1.8 but most progress I made is now in 1.9, so i wouldn't revert back. Also if you say a new save will help, this means that AVP in other saves are probably messing with my Spectra save.
  24. How do I fix this problem though, I've tried reinstalling scatterer, Kopernicus and Spectra and EVE, but it's still looks the same as before.
  25. I've screenshot all the celestial bodies that are affected by Spectra. I also have saves that has AVP before, do i need to remove that?
