the gateway sounds a little advanced for what nasa is up to. do you think they will acheive it? i mean, this iss took 10 years to build, now one just as hard around the moon in 5 years. hmmm.

I guess it depends, theoretically it should not be noticeably faster, but some computers do not have the memory to do all of the complex calculations. If you mean loading screens then yes, they will probably take a bit longer due to funds, science, reputation, and other career stuff that sandbox doesn’t care about. but in a way it really just means you may have to wait a little longer, as i will. you could try cleaning your computer memory if you want.

the IVA screen is a little annoying. no altitude meter, no way to control parts, crew reports, or other things. Btw you should be able to walk around your crew cabin! I really think they should expand on the current IVa and overlay features. IVA should become more like an eva.

might want to bring the wings forward a bit. Also maybe some screenshots with the COM and COL overlay. just instinct tells me that this is a bit front heavy and would have trouble pitching up.

hi, Im new to the forum, a ksper with both expansions. I’ve been playing for a few months only. haven’t got past minmus yet. but i have learnt a few things, (an understatement). one, you don’t just point your rocket straight up and go. two, rockets don’t go that fast at launch. and a lot more 1. an orbit is just like thowing a ball fast enough that it falls along the earths curve. 2. you always affect the other side of your orbit. when you burn. 3. rendezvousing is not easy, i still cant get it, i used to think it was just a easy little thing. 4. the VAB does not like it when you crash your saturn v into it. 5. there is no point in the inflatable airlock except for recreating voskhod 2. 6. just how bored the astronauts must get sometimes. and also that rcs thrusters exist.

Hmmm... just today i made a plane that can’t get off the runway. you must be pretty lucky for orbit! But it seems that yours may be a little too heavy at the front. if you bring some weight to the back you may get good. As Hvp said, you may have too many control surfaces, but maybe not enough, try either adding or taking them. . I would recommend making the middle section larger, or smaller wings or engines. have a look at the stock craft for a look at how they work. maybe use spaceplane wings, not delta wings, as they offer more controllability regarding center of mass. hopefully this helps. btw, this is my first post, please tell me if i am doing something wrong, I’m kinda new.
