  1. Ive searched through the toplic so far, but havnt found anything to solve this. I cant see some of the Mks parts. I dont know about any others at the moment, but I was looking for the large Tundra parts amd cant see any. Im roughly at the end of where the stock tech tree would finish, so should have these parts. I see 2 of the smaller 2.5m tundra pieces; the power distribution, and mobile workshop, but none of what I assume are 3.75 parts, the assembly plant etc. Ive gone through all the sections, the assembly plant should be in the manufacturing tab, right? Ive reinstalled it twice, once with ckan, then uninstalled ALL the USI mods and did it all manual. Ive deleted all the 'tech' parts of my save and unlocked all the science again. Im not sure what else to try. The only thing I didnt add from the zip files was the module manager, as it was an older version than I currently have. Im on ksp 1.8.1, and the latest of all the USI.   2. Im only looking at the first post for parhfinder. It says to switch to pristine, which is templateless, before switching the CRP. Is this not still the case then?
  3. @JadeOfMaar Thanks, and no problem. Its definately a broken install. Just to clarify, so I dont muck it all up again. Switch to CRP (and restart?), uninstall all WBI. Then reinstall. On first load, switch to pristine, restart, CRP, restart. Is that correct? P.s. will this break any current pathfinder bases/vessels?
  4. Im running on Kerbal 1.8.1, so only TCA 3.6.1. I'm having trouble understanding the different engine modes. I have this lovely plane, two lift fans, 2 vtol engines in the main body for lift. Theres also the prop at the back and 2 jet thrusters underneath (hidden) for horizontal flight. I'm looking to have it setup similar to your VTOL plane video, but I need TCA on in normal flight to balance the jets and props. Another thing I cant work out how to do, if I use your 'jump to' autopilot, what engine mode woild I need for TCA to automatically NOT use the rear engines for liftoff, but use more of their power during the translation. All engines are using 'thrust and manuver' at the moment, but with the speed slider set to 150ms, its only doing 60, and barely using any thrust from the rear engines. http://imgur.com/gallery/DqeQDoO The same for a 'to orbit' from minmus, it seems to use the inefficient VTOL engines all the way up, instead of switching to the rear engines, how can I program this?   5. @JadeOfMaar I had a look through some of the .cfg/.txt files this morning. Mainly the Scansat one you mentioned previously. The .txt and .cfg looked identical. Im not a coder, so I might have missed something obvious... Does that mean the course of action would be to, change to classic and restart, close it, then update the wildbluetools and oathfinder (and buffalo too?). Then the switch to pristine, restart, switch to crp restart?
  6. @JadeOfMaar So, both the toolbar settings and the gamedata config file say Im playing the CRP, so do you have any idea what would be cancelling this out and loading the classic instead?
  7. Hi Angel First off, thankyou for the lovely mods! I dont really know what im doing with most of it yet, but its still lots of fun! No, Im on the stock system, but its about the only thing that still is stock. Im on 1.8.1. With uptodate MKS, scansat, and....im not running the most recent version of pathfinder, im on 1.35.0.
  8. Im having a little trouble with resources in my game. Im not sure if its pathfinder or another part of the wild blue suite. Ive been pointed here from SCANsat, where I originally set the problem. Originally, it was that scansat wasnt showing the MKS resources. Only Alumina,Mopedantte, blutonium, explodium etc. Which I was told are the wild blue resources. The fix was to change from crp in the WBT settings, to prestine, restart, change back to crp, restart again. This didnt fix the issue, and Im still looking for help. Im not even sure if Im currently playong with my pathfinder bits in crp or classic. How do I tell? Many thanks in advance.
  9. Is tgis more likely to be a Wild Blue problem than a scansat one? Should I be posting this over on there? Would deleting the classic resource template files stop it using the wronf resources ir just stop the game altogether?
  10. So I've tried this this morning, switched to classic, restarted, switched back to CRP restarted, and still no luck. Ive realised, this means Im not seeing the resources for interstellar either. I dont if this helps with the issue. I can still see all the resources when Im in command of the m700 scanner craft. I can see the overlay on the planet. This is obviously subpar compared to the glorious SCANsat.
  11. I don't know if this has been covered before. I have tried searching but I couldnt find anything that helped. Im on ksp 1.8.1 with Scansat 18.14 and MKS 1.3. Amongst MANY others. Ive done full scans with all 3 scansat parts, but nothing with the btdt scanner. I have the stock surface scanner on my rover below. I have also got a m700 in orbit. For the resources on the big map and the planet overlay, I cant see the MKS specific resources. I can see some, I have Ore, Alumina, Mopedantte,blutonium, explodium etc. Which I believe are coming from part of the Wildblue line, and the scansat ones; biome, terrain, are fine. For the resouce scan settings, I have biome lock on, the other 3 are ticked off (require narrowband, disable stock and instant scan). Is there something else I need to do. That Ive missed?
