  1. Hello, im having a trouble running jnsq, gpp, gpp secondary, and kk all at once. When all four are installed my game will go through the loading screen and then freeze at the end. While it's frozen its ram usage will increase slowly until it eventually crashes my pc. Removing anyone of the four mods solves the issue. I have reproduced this three times, each on a fresh ksp install. I have noticed that at least two people before me have encountered a similar problem with these mods but their solutions have not worked for me. Restarting the game just results in the same thing and the only mods I have installed are the above four and their dependencies.   2. Follow up on my bug report. I haven't gotten any word from anyone on the FAR thread but I did try removing FAR from my GameData folder to see if that fixed the problem. It did fix the lag and the debug consule spam but the main problem still persists. Image Cropped image for better reading The mian problem I'm experiencing is that he game brakes after I return to the space center from a vessel. Like for instance I'm not able to enter most of the buildings at the space center and the none of the exit buttons work.   3. Hi, the post below was originally posted on the KCT thread. linuxgurugamer looked over my log file and suggested I post my issue here so, here it is. Hi, I needs some help fixing this error I keep getting from KCT. I'm having this reicuring problem with my carrere save. I am only expirencing this problem on the latest save of my carreer mode save, my next latest save doesn't have this problem.   5. You can give your low speed aircraft a few degrees angle of incidence, 2 to 5 degrees is what I found to be effective. This is something that real life aircraft do as well:

  7. You can also employ active protection systems. Like, an array of really powerfull lasers for vaporizing the debris and either a really powerfull radar or lidar system for tracking them. You could combine this with a (or multiple) static shield for dealing with small debris and save the lasers for debris that are to big for the shield to safely handle. And for anything bigger you just need to move out of the way, which isn't to bad because the bigger something is the easier it is to see it from far away. Combine this with multiple ships for redundancy and you have a pretty good chance of making it to your interstaller destination safely.

  10. The latest version of Scatterer seems to not be working properly with OPM and SVE. I'm not sure where to post about this so I'm posting about this both in the SVE forum and here. Sorry if this is irritating . Laythe's clouds are fine in some places but are bright red or yellow in others. This happens weather or not OPM is installed. Teko is actullay sort of improved because there actually is atmospheric scattering for it in the first place but its clouds are black. Urlum is now a very dark green and texturless. Sarnus and Neiden are both greener than usually but I was able to fix that by adjusting thier Scatterer configs. I would include a log file with all of this but, I don't know which one I need to include or how to include it. Sorry.   12. Hi all. I've been having this issue with the newest version of Scatter (version 0.0772 as of writing this) where atmospheric effects seem to be visible through terrain. Or, at least that's what it looks like to me. I don't know what to call it. I've tried messing with Scatterer's settings but nothing nothing so far has fixed it. I've only found one other mention of this on the internet: Videos of what I'm talking about: I'm running KSP 1.11.2 on a fresh save and the only mod installed in Scatterer.   13. I just tried that, it doesn't work. Your engine will still be damaged from the excessive heat it's reactor is generating. What you can do instead is slowly bring down the throttle once your really close to the end of what ever burn you're doing. This will bring your engine's reactor power down to manageable levels while still benefitting from the exhaust cooling. I haven't used the Liberator NTR myself so you will have to do some experimenting to figure out exactly how fast you can lower the throttle without damaging the engine. However, I think you should start by lowering the throttle by one third every 5 seconds, and increase the time duration if that's not enough. I hope that helps.

  15. Hi there, I have a problem with Waterfall. The editor window for the mod isn't working for me. Pleas let me know if this is not enough information.
  16. Great mod btw. I really like the extra layer of challenge and strategy it provides for ISRU. It's why I went through the trouble posting on this forum and searching through config files to fix a problem I had with it. Cheers.
  17. Ok, I fixed it. In the files named "zSetTemplates_Biomes.cfg" changed all the "Polar Crater" or "Polar?Crater"... entries? variables? I don't know what to call them, but I changed them all to "Polar Lowlands" and "Polar?Lowlands" respectively and now the water distribution make much more sense.   18. About water on the Mun. I'm a bit confused. Look at these screen shots: https://imgur.com/nlxr1El https://imgur.com/Mix5t5X The water concentration is the highest in the polar crater biome and lowest at the area around the poles. However there are plenty of places around the north pole that never get any direct sun light due to the extreme relative highs and lows of the terrain there, and the entire polar crater gets sun light periodically. So wouldn't it make more sense if the water concentration was highest in the poles biomes and 0 in the polar crater? I think that's how the distribution of water on the Mun should be, or at least something close to that. Here's some more screen shots with the ambient light boost set to 100%: https://imgur.com/olXSJkd https://imgur.com/7fkD4AL The top one is a probe I landed in a very deep hole around 6 or 8 KM deep very close to the north pole, and the second is a view of the hole from under the surface of the Mun. The bottom is perpetually dark and probably one of the coldest places in the Kerbal's solar system yet there is no water. The pictures were taken in a modded version of ksp, but I checked the resource distribution in a new minimally modded save and it was the same.
  19. Hello there. About the Cherenkov nuclear engine from Restock+. It doesn't seem to have System Heat support and I think it should. Is there a way I can add System Heat support myself? Is this forum the best place to be asking about that?
  20. Update: I did some more testing and found that the boil off stopped when infinite electric charge is turned on, which suggests that the bug is related to electricity.

  22. Does it? I haven't found a mention of boil off on the Kerbalism page. But I just had an idea, KerbalismConfig has a config file for cryo tanks. Maybe that's what's causing the problem.
