let's say... orbital then....

LOL... no one answers my question... i was asking if you do it in ONE WINDOW or MULTIPLE WINDOWS (of cos i know multiple LAUNCHES is more feasible... but hey... i am asking about the WINDOWS: do you launch multiple ships in ONE WINDOWS or one ship per WINDOW and wait ~a year till another launch... of cos if you time warp the transit which takes roughly a few months.. multiple windows are not very bad a wait)
-
so do you launch all the parts in one window? or you wait like ~a year or so until the next window to open for another launch?
-
that's the same idea as using mods anyways...
-
what's the difference?
-
do you fly a fully pre-built station in a single launch window? or do you fly multiple ships in close sucession in one window? or do you fly one moledule a time in one window and you allow years of ingame time to fully build your station ?
-
i dont believe people claiming they know how far their rockets can go without reading the flight data mechjeb/VOIP/engineer when they are building their ships.

we have 6 planets (the 6 colors of different tiles) we can have each color has 3 tiles: orbit/land/easter eggs and each tiles can be upgraded: orbit: polar> for resources scaning to improve the toll fee for the "land" tile equatorial> station (improve toll fee)>fuel station> (even higher toll fee ) land: plant flag (more $)> mining station (more $$) > mining/science lab base (more $$$) easter eggs: gives income per turn can be upgraded; and the number of upgrades available is the same as how many easter eggs available on the planet (and each easter egg has a specific effect; like the kraken statue can kill other players ship stalling them for a turn) there can be some special tiles like "chance" eg. solar wind: every player moves 1square slower

no... i want Steam buff it even more... so that i can spam buy and gift to my friends.

75%? not gonna happen i bet... 50% is the best you get for half decent non-stone-aged games ( i got Terraria last last year for $7.5 which was 50% off)

well... it's not about the saves... ships are easy to fly it's the mods that arent working (plus... i have a non-steam install as well... i can always not get updated) ya... a week or two... you cant do much unless you already know the basics... however if u are not a totally noob you can basically rebuild your space empire from scratch (unless they change the game mechanics a lot) i mean... flying a ship to low orbit is 5min in 1X time warp; you can build a station with a few fuel tanks and habitat module in an hour and flying a ship to Minmus and Mun takes no more than 10min IRL time; another other hour or two is enough for the kethane/ ISA MapSat (if they still work which i suspect it's not gonna happen) and you can fly an Eve ship in day1 game time and ~day35 to moho and ~day 45 to Duna and so... and you dont time warp the interplanet transit (you fly the ship to orbit and do the burns and leave it there and fly other things meanwhile) this can all be done in like 5 or 6 hr game time

$13.79 is OP i pulled out my wallet and bought it right i saw the price tag... but then... i was like... WTF...why would i need another license when i have one already.......

I disagree here's my thought: the albatross is extremely easy to fly and is super stable the Aeris 4A is an all round good plane; just slightly move the delta wing a little backward and you are good to go. the LV- engine is ok and i seldom smash the engine on the ground... unless you press the S button so hard like how a moron does the 3A is too responsive unless you add an ASAS to hold the pitch for you. all the ravenspears are pretty useless... you can do everything they can do with an Aeris 4A anyways. while none of the ravens can get into orbit because they are all jet-only the VTOL is BS...plain and simple... the 2 stage lander is a little too heavy for a 2man lander. (it's easy to maneuver and land tho') the station core is good but need at least some RCS the rover is good but the skycrane is kind of useless unless you land in on moons with super weak gravity... the fuel is enough for like what? 1s burn?

i am pretty sure my graphics are at the max setting too...

Kerbal Polar Orbit - Need some help getting there!!
lammatt replied to dpraptor's topic in KSP1 Discussion
no. definitely not. the directional vector East and North are normal to each other. so you would be required to waste a lot of energy to kill the eastward velocity and waste the same amount again to gain a northward velocity to maintain the same orbit height and as i said before... the trick here is to set Mun as target so that you know where the ascending/decending nodes are. (Mun's orbit is co-planar with Kerbin's rotation -
screenshot (actually i watched that clip before getting there...and i couldnt see that monolith in the valley...actually the valley is indeed pretty big. and Dr Bill Kerman walked all the way down the hill to the middle of the valley and couldnt find the monolith...)
-
i landed on the high rising mountain range (pretty close to the red spot shown on ISA MapSat) after spending about half an hour EVA walking around... i still cant find the monolith whatsoever. can someone give me some hint where that monolith is? i mean... is it on the icy plateau? or is it down in the basin? or is it on the slope?
-
so... it seems airhogging is the only way then....will try it later~ (while i dont think they should totally get rid of it; they should make the intake has a diminishing return... this exploit is kind of lame indeed)

mechjeb flight data is so important. you wont go very far if you dont even know how much dV you can achieve with your fuel; knowing true altitude is also important ask yourself how many times you crashed into the ground at (any planet) while the alt. meter was telling you it was 4500m altitude. kerbal alarm clock you really need an alarm clock if you fly multiple ships... you know... the yr1 launch window for Eve and Eeloo is like 30day apart; you hv to launch your eeloo ship when your eve ship is still in transit; without an alarm clock... it'll be pretty hard to keep track for the launches and orbital maneuvers of different missions ISA MapSat you want to find the Easter Eggs... dont you? those monoliths? the other Kerbal Space Center in the desert? the Mun Arch?
-
must have: mechjeb (flight data is important) kerbal alarm clock (dont overdo time warp to miss any encounter) isa mapsat (find the easter eggs!) not a must but a good to have: kerbal attachment system (anchor... Minmus and some other moons have weak gravity; an anchor for the lander would be nice) kethane (building a base with actually does something meaningful is fun) procedural fairings procedural wings

Kerbal Polar Orbit - Need some help getting there!!
lammatt replied to dpraptor's topic in KSP1 Discussion
fly north once you launch and till you achieve orbit. then correct the inclination; the trick doing this is to set Mun as target (since Mun's orbit is on the coplanar to Kerbin's orbit and rotation) -
want to add something gimmicky into my game... any idea please?
lammatt replied to lammatt's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
well... i'll not update until i know for sure the bigger mods will work. -
Wow... this is a huge tank...
