Hey guys, I thought I'd support the KSP devs by buying the game from the Private Division storefront. But I'm regretting it, because now for the second time, the download offered for the patch is a complete install of the game instead of a delta patch. I would like a steam key or a refund, or better yet, that 1.3 is offered as a **patch** instead of a whole new game. Thanks.

Huh, no delta patch, just suck down the whole thing. I like that. Brute force, F it less complexity, less errors. -

Hi. I would very much like my kids to be able to learn this from the tutorials and such (instead of youtube). I would like to volunteer to translate the text of (at least) the tutorial text boxes into Dutch. Most kids read well enough from about the age of 7, 8 to make sense of subtitles. So I'll do those. For free! Because I love what this is! Cheers, schurem.

In the first tutorial, where you learn the flight controls, the script hangs at the step where it wants you to pitch back up. Straight up never is straight enough I guess... Oh nevermind. It just wants me to hold the button for a bit. Not fly straight up ;-)

Game Updates - Direct Download
schurem replied to MouseZA's topic in KSP2 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Perhaps, in style with the UI, we'll be able to dial into a BBS and suck down a multipart .rar that contains a patch.exe which will make our virus detection software go ape**** XD In a week or two, when the next patch hits, we'll know. -
I love how it looks and sounds and the building of things seems easier. Can't wait to see where it goes from here!

Where to download after purchasing from private division store?
schurem replied to Souptime's topic in KSP2 Discussion
If you buy it this way, how will it receive updates? Because I got a big .RAR file containing the game. It launches by clicking the .exe and there's no launcher or anything. When I launch KSP1 from steam (or epic for that matter) I get a launcher, but that does not list KSP2 as an owned game. Strange. We'll see what happens. -

The one where you need 'em lol, intermediate construction I think? By the way, thank you very much for your time and effort dealing with this stuff. Much appreciated! -

The goo experiment is also missing from the science tab, making it once again impossible. -
Hi y'all, Me and my boy (8) have been discovering space flight the hard way with KSP. It's fun, but also not easy! There's a little problem that's coming up: The tutorials (training section) are broken! They ask for modules that no longer exist, or have impossibly stringent restrictions on the flight path to be taken. They are impossible! Please for the love of the great spaghetti monster let someone who has the knowhow to fix it run through the training with a fine comb and make sure they are at least possible to complete again. Between just random experimentation and some YouTube exploration we have managed to learn how to get to orbit and back. But beyond that is beyond us.. Thanks and cheers, Schurem & son.
