  1. So I have been messing around with visual mods and I found ones that I like, but the clouds that Environmental Visual Enhancements has look pretty weird (to me). Also, I should add it's not volumetric clouds because I'm too poor (Play at 1080p for the best visual representation) I know this is probably how it's supposed to look, but I was just wondering if there was any config setting I could use to remove the effect or turn this off. If not a recommendation to an alternative (like different cloud textures) would be great
  2. Nevermind, I found a fix! I just messed around with the RGB values with Duna and scatterer and found a way to visibly remove the Mie! The values (for rayleigh scattering) are R:00.028500 G:00.012500 B:00.007800
  3. I have been messing around with the configs for a little in Scatterer, just experimenting, but I couldn't find a way to remove the Mie dust particles. I was trying to remove the dust particles visible in the image of Duna, but couldn't find a solution. Is there any way to do this? (here's what I'd like Duna to look like)
  4. I experimented around with the configs a bit (yes I know its 2023 and you sent the message in 2022) and found something I liked, but would there be any way to configure the Mie so that there are no surface dust particles visible? Btw, your paragraph explaining configs helped me out a lot!
  5. The shortcut works, but I don't really know how to use it properly If there are any tutorials you know of, I would appreciate if you sent them to me (not saying that you have to)!
  6. Thank you so much! I'll give it a try and get back to you Also, one question, does configuring it in game save it for the next time I launch KSP, or do I have to repeat it every time I exit the game?
  7. When I downloaded Astronomer's Visual Pack, everything looked really good, but Duna looked a bit weird. I would like to know if this is intentional, or a bug. Whatever answer it is, is there a way to remove it? Same with the clouds. Thanks! (These are all the mods in my folder, and yes I have AVP 8k textures) (What Duna should look like) (What my Duna looks like, the red are the stripes I was talking about, and the green represents clouds)
  8. (edit: it works now) Says "Cannot complete the compressed (zipped) folders extraction wizard. The compressed (zipped) folder is empty. Before you can extract files, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder. To close this wizard, click Finish." whenever I try to extract it. Any fix?
  9. Hi! I would like to create my own shaders for KSP, but don't know where to start because I couldn't find any tutorials on the subject. If anyone has any info or suggestions on how to make shaders, I'd appreciate it if you shared them with me!
  10. Okay thank you! I will make sure to install EVE!
  11. Thank you! I am currently working on getting an image up, still have to make an imgur account.
  12. So basically, I installed Scatterer for KSP, and it looks pretty good! But there is a problem, Duna looks terrible. Basically, the only way to describe it is that the orange atmosphere fills the crevasses and makes Duna look like it has bright orange stripes running through it. Also, this might be the reason, but I didn't use CKAN to install Scatterer, I just extracted the ZIP File.
